[Marr-ee]

Amberly came down the stairs from the dorms, her hair was put up in a ponytail and her attire was a little underdressed. Expecting to head out for a little sunshine she stopped in the main hallway to fix her shoe.
'Wonder how everyone's doing. It's been a while since I've seen anyone?' She thought to herself as she fixed her shoelace, retieing it and letting her posture fall on her knee's.
"Phew" Exclaiming how hot it was inside. There had to be a cooler place than this stuffy area to go to. Getting up she stretched and folded her arms.

Vanden sighed and trudged down the main hallway, rubbing his hair, it still wet from the water. He took long strides, thanks to his long legs. He was glad he'd met Alicia, and was content in where he was now. He looked up and froze in surprise. It was Amberly. He didn't know why, but he was sort of scared to talk to her. He felt like it might be awkward or something.. "Hello, Amberly." He said with a polite smile.

Alicia wasnt even paying attention as she headed to her dorm to find clean(er) clothes. She looked up barely in time to see Amberly. "Hey!" She exclaimed as she rocked back to keep from running into her. She looked back and forth between them. "Does this seem familiar to you?" Alicia asked giggling. "I am completely soaked..and I ran into you again!..Well, this time is from the lake, not rain. Where ya going?" She asked as she leaned against the door. She noticed the outfit. "Sunbathing? It is a perfect day to get a tan." She said randomly touching her face. "I didnt have sunscreen, so I know Im going to burn.." She said with a grimace. 'I wonder if I have any aloe....' She thought as she looked out into the yard.

Seaheart walked down the hall, content with training these days. He had private sessions with himself and was getting better. Now......Amberly. He spotted her with Alicia and Vanden. He chuckled. This would be fun. All the pieces were already in place. Though Vanden and Alicia were in the way. If he told Amberly himself......well, it'd be like checkmate on the very first turn. He focused on Amberly and looked around. He could teleport her behind the doors to the right....but he wish he had a distraction. Damn. That Claire girl would come in handy right now. Hmmmm....for now, he'd let his opponents make the move. He dissolved into the shadows, so really, he just looked like any of the shadows around here. Mere illusions that eat on light. But oh so much more once you really knew them.

Amberly smiled at Vanden and Alicia, giving them warm smiles. She particularly gave Vanden and extra look. It had been a while since she'd talked to him, but with Alicia around, it would be weird.
"Hey you two. Hows it going?" She asked completely unaware of the two's happiness lately. She tapped her foot on the ground and folded her arms against her body and rocked on her heels. "How's the danger room missions going? I missed the last one because it was only made for a few students... for you two and a couple others, but I"ve not met them."

Vanden purposely stepped one foot away from Alicia, he didn't think it'd be a good idea for them to show affection in front of Amberly, at least not yet. He smiled nervously, "It was..something. No, I liked it, although it was sort of a disaster and none other than, drumroll please, Seaheart came to save the day." He exaggeratedly rolled his eyes. "I guess Terren's sister is here now..and a few others. I haven't met them either, actually." He shifted his weight and grunted, looking down at his leg. The damn thing still hurt.

Shuffleing down the hallway, Valentine glanced up shyly and noticed some people pretty close to each ohter, and one girl starting up a conversation with a guy and girl.
/Sheesh, I must be alone in this school.\ Valentine thought sorrowly, keeping his eyes focused on the ground infront of him, Valentine felt his illusion cat ears twitch. Walking beside him was Claire, but she wasnt in her normal state, instead she was walking down the hallway looking exactly like Valentine, the hair, cloths and eyes were all the same. Only difference was that Claire was looking up and smileing as she walked, and the fact that a white hat was perched up on her head instead of the cat ears.

As they got close to the group, Claire's body blurred a bit, and the illusion disappeared, to reveal Claire and her normal blonde hair, blue eyes, and white dress.

Alicia noticed the look that Amberly gave Vanden and worriedly chewed on her lower lip. ' Does she like him??' She asked herself. She looked over at Vanden. "Umm..It was....interesting..Well I am sure you know of one that showed up..Seaheart? Yeah, I got to meet him..Cant say Im impressed.." She mumbled the last sentence, as she looked longingly at her dorm room door. She was really not looking to the confrontation when Amberly found out that she liked Vanden too. She glanced back at Amberly and knew that this wasnt something to run from. Her head dropped and she stared at her feet like they were the most interesting thing around. She slid a glance at Vanden, wondering if he was going to say something about it.

Now would be a good time. She was suspicious. Time to move in and claim his pieces. Seaheart focused hard and sucked Amberly into the shadows. He let her go a couple halls away. He transported next to her and said "Amberly. Um. Well.....I didn't want you to find out the hard way but I think....Alicia and Vanden really like eachother. The Danger Room.....good you weren;t there. They sort of hugged for a long time during the mission and find alot of comfort next to eachother....and.....I think you really like Vanden but.....he kissed her on the forehead during the mission." He almost said sorry but he wouldn't sya it to her twice. "Um. OK. I just didn't want you finding out the hard way." He said knowing he had initiated a perfect move.

Amberly felt almost strange being sucked into a wall, and it happened so fast, she didn't even have time to react. Her heart leaped into her throat, then she finally made contact with the floor giving an awful look to Seaheart when he appeared beside her.
"What the Heck are you doing?" She said until he started talking and her ears caught every word of it. Her body ran cold when she heard that he had kissed her on the forehead. 'It doesn't matter where he kissed her, HE KISSED HER.'
"And why are you telling me this? I thought that you didn't like me... I mean, we're just aquintences..." She was now questioning his relationship to her. Maybe he was trying to actually be a friend, but a friend wouldn't drop important news like that on someone. SHe flashed him a wicked grin. "Your lieing... That can't be true... I mean... I just can't be?"
'can it?' She questioned herself.

Vanden turned to Alicia with a sort of "Nooo, you tell her." look. He sighed, and was about to speak, when he turned around and saw Claire and another boy walking up. "More people...?" He said under his breath. He waved to them strangely, in an attempt to be nice. He turned back to see Amberly, but suddenly she vanished. "What the..? What just happened to her?!" He looked around, bewildered.

Alicia watched as Amberly just vanished. Her head swung up and around, trying to find her. "Umm...d.d...d..did you see that??" She asked Vanden, stuttering. She turned a full circle and came to a stop facing the same direction that Amberly had been in. "What just happened? " She asked, not knowing what to do. She had just vanished into thin air. What could she do? Alicia slumped back on the wall. Her hand raised to rub her forehead, already feeling the sting of the sunburn she knew she would get. She have Vanden a lost look and shrugged her shoulders. She said faintly, "I guess we just wait huh?"

[Seaheart]

Seaheart grinned but it wasn't just a grin. It said "Why would I? It is the truth." grin. He looked at her and said "I do not like you like that. Really, your not evne a friend. But I thought it'd be interesting to see how this'd play out. Plus...you would have find out a harder way soon enough. They would have slipped up. It was inevitable. So please. Do whatever you like. Just know....Vanden probaly still likes you but he seems to like Alicia more. Though it isn't love. Just like he doesn't hate me. He only dislikes me. And he only really likes Alicia. Perhaps you still have a chance. Fight for what you want....if what you want is Vanden."

Claire smiled and waved back, but Valentine just turned a slight red and kept his gaze down.
Poking Valentine in the side, "Come on, look happy. And stop blushing!" Claire muttered to him, then danced forward and slid to a stop infront of the two students. "Sup?" When she spoke, Claire made sure to pop her lips when she pronouced the "p". Valentine came to a stop beside her and looked up at Vanden, then over to Alicia and back to Vanden. "H-hi." Valentines heart was beating wildly in his chest, /Crap thats like the second time today..\ ,then just after he thought that Valentine got the hiccups, they were very sqeaky.

Claire glanced over to Valentine as he hiccuped, "Pay no mind to him, he gets this way around people...mainly gu..." Claire was stopped short as Valentine flung his hand out and hit her in the shoulder, "Uh ow!" She hissed to him. Turning back to the students, "I'm Claire, and he's Valentine. Nice to meet you."

Vanden giggled slightly, and for some strange reason, blushed back at the quiet boy. He remembered Claire as the monster girl, but decided against holding a grudge. School had just started anyways, things could change. "Oh nothing really, Amberly just disappeared into thin air." He rolled his eyes. "What is it with this place anyways?" He smiled back to the boy, then turned back to Alicia. "I suppose we just wait.." He got a very strange feeling about this whole thing..
