Powers: His power lies in his gutair, he cant send out sonic sound waves without his gutair. Focusing all his energy into a single cord, it will burst power from his body into the gutair and send out sonic waves.
Weakness: Without his gutair he's nothing.
Power related issues: Sometimes his fingers will slip, and he'll accidently send out ultra sonic blasts at his audeinces.
Personality: Seabastien is the punker that made his dream come true, so basically he's in love with music, easy going, and has ADD.
History: Seabastien was raised up my his grandparents, who supported his love of music. Dropping out of highschool, Seabastien took up playing the gutair and starting an one band man of himself. While performing for his grandmother, Seabastien stroked the wrong cord sending a blast of ultra sound at her fine china. His grandmother sighed most of the time after that, finally after 2 months of sighing she told him his parents had been gifted and she had hoped he wouldnt be. Given permission to leave the only home he knew, Seabastien set off traveling around the countrys and playing his one band gig anywhere.
Still not able to control the sonic waves, Seabastien recieved a letter from his grandparents, a form inside telling him about Cassis.
