Note: I really don't have enough spare time to read every character on this site and my character's power are pretty basic, but I'll attempt to make them as... unique as possible.
Name: Javon Tameran
Nicknames: Jav, JT.
Aliases: Bran Brilan.
History: Bran Brilan was the name of Javon's best friend as a child, and due to an event his powers were first accessed, which lead to Bran's death. Javon has always kept this name in his memory to remind him of what happens when you can lose control. The alias, however, is used whenever it is needed.
Age: 16
Marital Status: Single.
Sexual Orientation: Straight.
Weight: 78kg
Height: 6"3
Eyes: Deepsea blue.
Hair: Paler blue.
Clothing: General cotton or wool, generally blue or white. (As a Role Player I like to have my characters change their clothing as we do, to create a general sense of better worldliness. So I will just describe the articles whenever he puts them on).
Powers: General control of water and light. Due to his flamboyant nature, he usually uses them by themselves or together to attract attention and just a general sense of being noticed.
Water: Water force, occasional control of wet weather, shaping water, absorbing water, holding water, generally using water. (Of course, his control does not just stop at water, and extends to most other liquids. The area of 'most other' will probably be covered while Role Playing)
Light: Alongside water, rainbows.
On its own: Limited control of the speed of light (very limited, for Godmoding and Powerplaying concerns). Nothing really helpful, but it can sometimes (usually unintentionally or accidentaly) lead to using 'force', and term created by some experts on the nature of 'gifted' to define using invisible power to control worldly objects.
Weakness: A lot of anger can lead to him losing control of his powers, but being a user of water he is usually able to control his heat (no pun intended). The use of 'force', above. When he is trying to control wet weather (when he can) he may accidentally cause lightning to strike him, which has once almost lead to his death (and did his friends).
Power related issues: His hair is always damp, but never gets wet. He is usually thirsty, but not as usually hungry as others. He gains more sustanence from liquids than he does with foods.
Personality: Generally cool, but when his temper is tried he has a very quick snapping point. He is flamboyant and a general attention seeker, and enjoys frequent use of dry humour.
History: As mentioned above (in the history of his alias) Javon first used his powers accidentally while angry at the weather. He caused as lightning bolt to strike himself, which sent a large amount of static power out from him. His friend Bran died, but luckily he had created a weak bubble of light to surround him and weaken the power of the bolt (he has not been able to create this bubble again). After this incident, Bran's parents (also his only living relatives) were sent insane and now reside in a mental insitution. Javon's parents and most of his family work in or for the government, and had already observed other happenings of this nature. Javon was sent to the Cassis Boarding School for 'Gifted' children and adolecents by his parents, and there he is now.
