Aridia moved slowly, embracing the forest. It was her home, it always had been. Her cat was small, small enough so that it could ride atop her shoulder. But when Eve started licking her ear, Aridia sent a feirce command to stop through their mind link. She sighed, wishing desperately that wood nymphs were here. A small 'meow' from Eve told her that she was feeling snubbed, as Aridia hadn't petted her in all of ten minutes. |

Crest walked through the forest with his hands behind his head. This place was nice. Didn't seem like there was any of the crazy mystical agenda that went on at HCIG. Now what to do....go on the prowl for girls or just kick it back for awhile and meet some people. Ah well. Might as well ride for a bit. Fire developed in his hands and soon turned in to look like something like a skateboard without wheels. He jumped on it and fire blasted out from the rear and soon he was zooming. "Woohoo!" He yelled riding quickly. He loved doing this. He soon zoomed past a girl with a cat and quickly said "Hey!" before he blasted off again. He started to turn back, figuring this was his chance. He did a backwards loop and the board dissapeared in front of her. "Hey. Um..sorry if some of the heat burned something like hair or your clothes...anyway, my name is Crest. Just figured I'd better check if something went burning. Anyway, better be off." He said jumping over her, board appearing beaneath his feet, zooming into the air in a spiral.

Eve had seen the boy coming before it reached her mistress, and, with an angry meow telling she was annoyed her Lady was lost in thought again, she threw up her own little gaurd to keep the fire away.
Aridia snapped back to the real world as soon as she felt the immense heat slamming bast Eve's sheild. Oh my! Thanks Eve. She said, her eyes wide. The sheild went down as soon as the fire was gone, something Aridia would berate Eve for later, never put down a sheild until you knew it was safe.
She made sure everything was okay, and then looked up. The boy was there, asking if everything was okay. She nodded in the afirmative. A laugh like the sound of tinkling bells escaped her as he went up into the sky, such fun it looked like. Though she'd never do that, Fire was her enemy. Fire was her weakness. A flower strained to be taller, so it could reach up for her approval. She laughed again, softer this time, and knelt down to whisper to the flower in it's language. |

Crest looked down as she laughed. She seemed liek she would enjoy this...or maybe she just thought he was funny? Aw well. Screw it. Time to take her for the ride of her life. He spiraled down again, making sure he had her on lock. "Here I come!" He yelled before he zoomed past her, grabbing her hand, and going up again. "Hey there. Don't worry. This fire won't hurt you. I got it undr control. Anyway, you seemed like you might anjoy this, so I brought you along for the ride." He said with a chuckle as he zoomed higher, making sure he held on tight to her hand so she wouldn't fall. If she did, catchign her would be a cinch. Darn...now he wanted to play a prank. Make it seem like she was falling. But she was a cute girl.....he was torn between his tow favorite things. A cute girl, or a prank. Then again it would seem like he saved her....maybe later. She'd probaly faint if that happened. He had just randomly swept her from the ground into the air. He would wait until she was comfortable. "So...who's the cat. Oh, and by the way. Nice laugh."

~Ryuzaki sat in the tree taking a nap. He woke as the boy went by, it was the heat that woke him.~ "Oh man, just when I was starting to relax." ~He had just arrived in Cassis, he wasn't used to all the people yet, he was used to being alone, like he had been for the last 6 years.~ "Oh well, better find a new spot to nap" ~He lept out of the tree, as soon as his feet hit the ground, he was caught in a trap that pulled him up by his feet. When the intitial pull happened, he hit his head on the ground, and got knocked out~ (looks like he didn't need to find a new nap spot after all)

((OMG! I can't stop laughing at that post! He hist his head!! WOOOO!!!)) She was to stunned to think for but a moment. And then when she could, it wasn't all that lovely. Why that arrogant, boy! How dare he grab me! Was her very first thought, lovely ain't she?
Eve, calm as ever, was cleaning herself. She ran a silky paw down Aridia's lovely hair, her claws safley tucked in. Chill, he likes you, you would do well to loosen up. But, instead of making Aridia laugh again, it was unusual to have her cat so serious.
Thank you. Her name's Eve. She just, kinda showed up one day. She said, a light brush gracing her lovely features. So unused to talking to someone was she, she was a little worried about being around humans again. |

Crest looked at her and first thought she was annoyed. He laughed, remembering how Ven got when he was annoyed. That guy had to loosen up. He shook his head and looked at her again. "Really? Well later, I just might show you my little pet. Can't say she's as cute as Eve though." He said running a finger through it's fur. "So....where should we go now? Or would you rather be dropped off now?"

Don't drop me! She squeled, twirling to cling to him like the frightened chit that she was. She had a slight trauma of falling...Particuarly off of a moving fire board. Eve meowed affectionetely at as he petted her, she moved to rub up against his leg, totally comfortable with being up and moving. Sometimes Aridia wondered about that cat... |

He liked the cat. "Your almost as cute as your owner, aren't you Eve?" He said with a laugh. He was wondering if Aridia would take that as a compliment or be freaked out. "I wasn't gonna drop you literally! I meant if you wanna get off! Don't worry. I'm a pro at this. It's really simple. Just like a regular skateboard." He pet her hair and said "Look at the cat. Try being like her. Except you know...the whole furball and licking your hands thing." He said calmly while also love being up in the air and holding certain dominance over it,

Aridia saw a chance to laugh at him, but as a joke he would, hopefully, understand. She turned her face up to him, as she had previously buried her face in his shoulder. Wow... You want me to rub against your leg? Aridia asked, a smug look was worn on her face as she arched an eyebow. |

He laughed and then said sort of slyly "Would you?" And then he saw it. This could be his chance to prank her. He pciked up the cat, holding it tightly against his shoulder so it wouldn't fall too and then he should have said hold on, but there would go the prank. Instead, he did a loop, shaking her off a bit so he could complete it, and it would end up in her fall. He saw as she fell, and he started to dive for her, saying something like "Dammmit...I dropped her....." and made it sound convinving so the cat hopefully would know.
(Sorry I powerplayed here. I just sorta figured it was the best way to do it.)

((Cha, 'tis fine)) She shrieked as she fell, still shocked at his response, and the fact that he'd grabbed the cat, and let her drop! Oh this was SO wrong. Help! She shouted, her eyes terror stricken as she felt the air shooting all around her, through the space between her torso and limbs. |

He glanced down worriedly at her, as if for a second he thought he wouldn't be able to get to her. "Hang on tight kitty...." He murmured, and then started to zoom down. He picked up speed, gettign closer. "Time to pull out the special reserves......." He said seeing he may not be able to get to her in time. He took a deep breath and yelled "Magro!!!!" Then..something happened. The ground started to shake, even some trees. Soon, the earth broke and out came Magro, everyone's favorite half-demon, half dog, half lion, and probaly half bull. He saw the girl coming down. Magro..was well...Crest's pet in a way. Well...you wouldn't call it a pet. It'sorta...
Well...you wouldn't call it a pet really...it's HUGE. Gargantuan. Monstrous. You know. Not Godzilla big but maybe a quarter of his height give or take. It has black horns that kinda curve. they are located where ears should be. They go out pretty wide for sure. It's skin is dark brown and it has alot of muscles. Enough to pick up alot of earth and then chuck it right at you. You'll find out. For hair, it has sort of a mane of orange fur going down it's back. In the pelvis area or so it wears somethign like cavemen wore. A cloth but it's pretty big. The feet are like talons except the nails are alot charper and bigger. Well..that about sums it up. Use your imagination.
It's intense eyes locked on and he jumped, wrapping the girl in his huge....paw? OK. Let's stick with that. Crest zoomed down, going down to Magro. "OK boy. Set her down. We don't want her scared half to death like Sara." He said, while Magro let her down. "Here. Take care of the cat, would you?" He said as he used the hoverboard to go up to Magro's shoulder, and set the cat there. He went down, lookign ta Aridia "Um...are you OK? I didn't mean that....." He was telling the truth and lying. He meant to drop her but...the whole Magro thing wasn't in store.

She was shaking, really hard, more from the terror of what she'd been caught by then the fact that she'd fallen off the friggin' board. I'll be alright. She said, her eyes wide as she took a deep, shaky breath. |

Crest looked at her, stroking her hair once, holding her in his arms a bit. "Uhh...yeah. We better get you cleaned up. Magro has alot of hair and well...your probaly dirty from it. And I'm pretty sure you caught more than some dirt on the way down. Come on. you better take a shower, then see if anything got hurt." He said almost a little worriedly. He almost felt responsible. *Well you are dumbass!* He shoted in his head. He couldn't tell her. Well...not now. She was already uncomfortable on the board, then that? "And....we'll walk this time." He said with a bit of a chuckle.
