Mezzidok kept running, not hearing her. He then felt the bony touch...it scratched him...it hurt...they were hurting him! Hurting him! Like his parents...he got on all fours, skidding down to a halt in front of the skeleton, making a growl. Instincts were taking over. The tiger was taking over. He screeched, launching himself at the skeleton, claws longer, fangs bared. "RAAAAUUW! Was what echoed through the forest. Whatever sul was inhabiting this broken body, was about to have to find a new home!

Frigg heard his reaction, even from her distance, and it all clicked together inside her mind: he was too naive to know what he had just done, or why her skeleton was after him. She calmed, pulling the skeleton back away from him quickly: it could be seen, but it wouldn't be threatening. Then, manipulating it to mimic her own soothing mannerisms, Frigg half-spoke, half-shouted so that she could be heard. But, she no longer sounded angry. She just needed him to come back. And, as the skeleton mirrored the motioned she used in their conversation, she added her voice.
"No, don't be afraid. I don't want to... to break you. I want to help you. If you do this, then you are weak. You're only making your soul weak. But, strong people help. Come back, and help me. Strong people help others..." It seemed that this strange person only thought people were out to harm him. Frigg would be the first to admit that a skeletal being chasing after any one would be a fear-inducing experience. But, he hadn't even know anything about the skeleton... She could only assume that he thought he was going to be harmed.

Mezzidok didn't hear her. He was pretty tiger right now. He didn't look like one, but it had taken over. He moved toward the skeleton but then thought...he had seen this before...Frigg! Not in a good way. He wanted to kill her. He moved at breakneck speeds, diving through the tiger, becoming mist, then changing back, giving one last hiss. He then moved toward a tree, jumping up, heading toward Frigg, remembering her.....gravish scent? He found her, staying in the trees, moving quietly, but making leaves rustle to scre his prey. She'd make a tasty meal....He let sound overcome the place, making hisses come from everywhere with his powers.
He dived toward her, claws stretched, but then turned into mist, vanishing. He continued doing htis from everywhere, hoping to scare his prey.

So, this was the game. Cat and mouse. Well, they say that it's foolish for a cat to play with a well armed mouse. Frigg closed out her attacker, paid no attention to him, and her remaining arm moved franticly: pushing up into the air, falling back down, and thrusting upward again. At first, it seemed to do nothing, but finally, more and more skeletons broke ground. And they all clashed together, coming around Frigg, and creating a round shell around her: airtight, so nothing could enter, and covering in spiny ribs sticking out to impale any one who attempted a physical attack.
Frigg huddled inside, clutching the place where she was missing her arm, and whispering things to Bridget. He would wear himself out eventually. It had taken her a long time to teach herself to build this dome, and even her teacher hadn't been able to penetrate it. It was just a matter of patience now. Frigg just kept murmuring, waiting, and holding tight to her spell.

He had dropped into a crouch beside her. The doem would be a problem...but the bones were worn by age, brittle. As much as they'd impale the normal person, he was gifted, and the tiger knew his powers better than he did. He roared, letting sound waves shock the bones and the skeletons, the thick trees bouncign the sound waves back. He kept roaring. It was like glass. It'd tremor the bones so much that eventually they'd fall out, or break and turn to dust that she'd only be holding back.

Frigg listened from the inside as the dome was hit. The dome was stronger than one would imagine: reinforced by thick layers of the bones and Frigg's magic holding them together. Hugging her knees to her chest and holding on to the place where her arms should have been, Frigg was still having a one-sided conversation with Bridget. "Go out there! Well, he almost saw you earlier... It's not like you'll get hurt. Maybe, if he sees you, he'll realize that you're just a soul. Maybe he'll think you're me, that he broke my body! Bridget, please! It's hard to hold a spell like this one with only one arm!" With a huff, Frigg seemed to have gotten her way.
Outside of the dome, Frigg's spirit companion, Bridget, floated through. Frigg prayed that it would be like earlier: that he would notice her, and maybe get the idea that it was Frigg.

Mezziokd howled louder, hoping to break the bones. She couldn't hold out forever.....forget this. He stopped, hoping it weakened them enough. His black target eyes seemed to be blurrring in and out, becoming stripes. They were corrupted. He rushed toward th bones, using sand to make something that looked like a shield in front of himself. He was gonna ccrash right through those bones. He hardened the sand, using minerals from the ground to make more, hardening it. He made one last roar of sound before he started to charge through the bones, hoping to crash and meet his prey. He then saw that faint outline. The smell of..he couldn't place it. It smelled something like these bones.....It did not stop him. He urged onward.

Frigg's eyes widened, as if she had heard something. "Now?" she called back. With Bridget now playing as her eyes from the outside, Frigg listened intently as the spirit described her enemy's current attack plan. Her eyes searched back and forth. Training with her brother hadn't prepared her for this crazy person. "Bridget... when...? Now?" Frigg prepared to strengthen the barrier when Bridget told her that he was going to attack it. She could weaken it when he wasn't attacking. Frigg was glad she had sent Bridget out now; even if her original plan hadn't worked, this would do just fine.
"Just say the word, Bridget... I'm ready. Say the word..." Frigg muttered, ready to add strength to her dome the second Bridget warned her of his attack.

Mezzidok split into mist, all of it spreading everywhere. Then it all turned into Mezzidoks. They were copies of him. Clones. Mist clones. Trick the enemy, divert their attention, make them focus their defenses in alot of spots, weakening the defense. They all charged with sand shields, ready to make one big crash with hardened sand. So even if she hardened the defense, it'd still be alot of rams bashing into it. If not, he'd fine other ways to reach his prey. Devour it, make it cower, toy with it.

Frigg tightened the barrier around her at Bridget's warning. "More of them!?" she practically screamed. What had she done? He was the one who had made her arm disappear! What was the worst she could have done to him? Explained death? Helped him learn something he didn't know before? Had that really been so wrong?
Frigg couldn't help but recall a word her brother had taught her back when she was younger. She believed that it fit the situation, and her attacker, perfectly: if Louis had explained it right, that is. With a sigh, she exclaimed, "What a douche bag!" She had no way to attack him, not with how Bridget had described him now. She searched her mind for an idea. If only she could get to sleep... But that wasn't about to happen.

They all crashed, making loud sounds. They kept multiplying, letting out little pieces of mist, then growing. Some dived right at the bones, but we're impaled and poofed into mist. But the ones with the sand rams stayed strong, pushing onward, tryign to get through the barrier. They kept sending out sound waves to weaken the already, probably brittle bones. He would break this thing down, no matter what. It wasn't Mezzidok thinking. It was the tiger, taking over when he was attacked.
