A day out in the sun

[Chibi Ryuzaki]

~Damian streched his arms and legs for a little bit to get rid of the stiffness. He looked back at her and gave her a small frown.~ "Please don't be worried about me. Besides if my hunch is correct I know where that pesky little fragment went." ~He gave a glance torwards the dorms.~ "It is porbly hiding in my dorm room, and if I get it back I can probly figure out what happened." ~He then started to walk off.~

[Katsumi]

Chesna smiled, relieved that he was so confident in his soul. "I just hope I didn't... ruin it, or anything. I can't help but worry. After all, it can't be good if a part of your soul is running away." She watched him carefully as he walked, wanting to make sure he didn't fall again. But, was he walking away, or did he expect her to follow? She didn't want to intrude if he and his soul needed some 'alone time.' She, she waited patiently for any sign that Damian would give her about what she should be doing.

~He stopped for a second and turned back at her.~ "I think that it fled as a defense mechanism. Like it was trying to protect me." ~He paused for a moment." ~"From what I have no idea." ~He turned and started to walk away again, he put one hand in his pocket and threw the other up and waved it from side to side.~ "Heyyyy, you comming or what?" ~He then stopped to wait for her to catch up if she wanted to.~

Chesna's eyes widened a bit. "Oh, yes, of course!" she said, walking quickly to catch up with him. She finally reached his side and slowed her strides to match his. It was times like this that Chesna wished she wasn't so short: 5'6" was fairly normal for a girl, but daunting when most of that girl's friends were males, and most were nearly six feet tall. Still, keeping near Damian, she smiled up at him. "Well... if it was doing it to protect you, I hope it was for a good reason. I just hope I didn't do any thing to make your soul think I was trying to hurt you." Her smile became a bit nervous. What if it was Chesna that the soul was trying to protect Damian from?

~The two arrived outside of his dormroom. There was a light comming through the cracks in the door. He reached his hand out hesitantly. His hand was shaking. He motions for Chesna to move off to the side, the last thing he wanted was for her to get hurt. He finaly opened the door the reval the soul fragment. It floated in the middle of the room, giveing of electricle discharges, slightly shacking the room as well, the firations were knocking objects over onto the floor. Damian slowly entered the room, and took the orb into his hand. After several minutes silence the orb re-intergrated into his body. Damian came out of the room with a smile on his face.~

~As he entered the hall he turned to Chesna and hugged her.~ "Chesna, it was protecting me from yo after all. It sensed your powers and left me, when it reented my body it purged me of the effects of your seduction, but I still care about you, that I do. It seems that you have helped me discover my newest power, and for that I thank you." ~He then kissed her on the cheek.~
