Dances and LEtting the night Settle [MOUSE]

Anthony felt her hand drop from his shirt. How he wanted her delicate hand to stay there. To let him know that she wasn't going to leave him, but he knew it was getting late and that she needed to get back to her sister. He looked her up and down as she lay draped over his lap. The warmth was something he'd been waiting for. Waiting on her. He let his hand come down on her face, touching her cheek as he ran his finger down from her forehead to her chin. Smooth skin...

"I dont want you catching a chill out here... A lullaby?" He wondered as she told him about it. He seemed to feel like they were the lucky ones. To be able to hold on to one another during the difficult times. Something he never had. His company and comfort came from the woods... and mother nature. It nurtured him, and even allowed him to harness the power of earth willingly. He couldn't complain about it. "Might I be able to hear the song one night?" He asked with complete curiosity. If she sang, he knew it probably would be like the heavens let down one of their angels. He smiled at her and lifted her up slighty as he stood and held his hand out for her. Giving her a warm smile, he stretched his legs.

" Maybe, you will. Maybe." Valerie took his hand and stood up. Looking to the mask on the ground a few strands grew very long, wrapped around it and placed the mask in her hand. She smiled at it as her hair seemingly brushed against her face with affection and returned to it's spring-like appearence.

" But, for now. I have to get back. Maybe on the way up, I'll sing you the lullaby. But, you will just have to persuade me." Valerie said rather sweetly. Looking to the door they had come from she saw her shoes looking at her. Roxanna had walked by, left the shoes and gone to bed. That was what Valerie figured, and she was spot on with that guess. The Ball had ended just recently as more people seemed to leave and head to their rooms.

Anthony felt her hand in his again, smiling. As they reached the door he noticed her shoes, and watched her put them on. "So, We ready to go?" He asked her as he waited for her to pass in the doors before following behind her. He wondered what kind of persuation he'd have to try to get her to sing to him... maybe another kiss? He walked up beside her and wrapped his arm around her waist, letting his hand rest on her hip. A good spot! "So, about that song... might I persuade you somehow, maybe... with another kiss?" He teased her and kissed her cheek, and then started to laugh quietly.

" Maybe." She replied to his persuading kiss and laughed softly with him. She felt his hand on her hips and smirked a little. " Anyways, Yes. I'm ready to go. If you want to hear that song I suggest making with the persuasion." Valerie spoke with such a laughable voice, she had troubles not laughing at the fact she had told him he had to persuade her. Truth be told she was thinking of singing it to him anyways.

" But, you don't have to. I'll sing it anyways. Let's go." Valerie decided rather hastily, she pulled the door open and stepped inside. Instantly she felt the rush of warm air hit her face and her body was already working to adjust to the temp change. " So warm." Sighed the girl as she closed her eyes and enjoyed the warmth of the inside. Turning, she looked at Anthony, waiting for him to come to her side.

"Well, Since your going to sing it to me... I guess I won't have to pursuade you anyways... To bad.. cause I was really going to try!" He teased yet again. It seemed so easy to tease with her, but he enjoyed it so much as well. He looked at her face to see the reaction he'd get, but kept up with her. They edged down the hall, letting his finger tapp her hip. He couldn't wait to get to his room to think about her. The night seemed so spectacular, he didn't want to forget it. In his dreams, the night would be permanent and forever. However, he was still awake and had to deal with the real life of waiting to see her again. "So... Might I start singing now, if you don't hurry!" He pulled her closer as they stumbled intheir walking. He nudged her face with his head to get her to comply.

She pulled a bit of an upset face when he wasn't going to actually persuade her but shook it off. Feeling the tap on her hip she took as him being anxious or something. She couldn't help but smile now, and look to see him saying something about her singing already. And with the nudge of his head she sighed. " Fine I guess I can."

Taking a deep breathe, she let it out. It started out so soft, so slow and so very gentle. It would have a wave in it as she brought her voice to a high at the right time. The song would slowly grow quieter and continue with its soft and gentle harmony. Her eyes seemed sad as she looked down and sang on. The while she was walking and singing, it was clear she would sing until the end and not stop. Coming closer to her dorm, the song faded to a very soft end note.

" Well, there you have it." Smiled Valerie a bit pink cheeked as she collected her breathe.

Anthony listened and let hisself be drawn out of the real world, yet his feet still moved with hers instinctly. The words she spoke, and the tune of the music was so sweet and it seemed sad at one point. Her voice really was an angel. He let a smile appear on his lips, as she finished but realized that they had arrived at her dorm room already. What a shame! He gave her a pouty face and turned her around so he could see her face to face. He leaned his head down to her. "Well, It's a shame that the night has to end, but I definatly would like to see you again!" He said as he lent down, kissing her on the lips momentarily. He knew that the kiss lasted only a moment, but he wouldn't refuse if she wanted another one. He put both of his arms on her shoulders, letting them clasp together behind her. He held her close as he looked at her fae.

She felt his kiss and smiled as she wrapped her arms about his waist and looked at him. When he drew back she had to fight with herself to not sigh in disappointment. Suceeding, Valerie spoke softly. " Tomorrow, do you want to go to the lake?" She asked smiling sweetly. She kissed his lips softly, pulling him closer as she did so. Do I really have to leave him?[/b] Her brain was attacking her with such questions. She pulled away after a little while, happy with a kiss that was longer than just a few seconds.

Anthony nodded to her, letting her words sink into his head. Tomorrow... the lake.. me and you, swimming by ourselves... just me and you. How perfect could it get? I can't wait for it. His head ran though the situation at hand and he only seemed to reply with one word at the moment. "Yes..." He said as she kissed himn again. This time it was a longer kiss and it was more sweeter than the one before. He was almost hoping that she would give another, because he didn't want to leave her with the breif bit of flesh he just felt, and with the flesh longer, it would satisfy him until that date arrived. "I'll bring refreshments.... just make sure your there!" He teased her and kissed her head and gave her a wink. "Well, I better be off.. take care... sleep tight!" He told her as he started to walk away from her and wishing that he could just pick her up and take her to his room and keep her there forever. Never letting her out of his sight. Alas, he had to though.
Folding his arms up, he finally made his way around the corner and let out a huge sigh of releif and anxiousness to see her again.
