The door to the library swung open from the push of long blonde hair. The hair fell limp over the shoulder of it's owner as the figure stepped fully into the library. Lavender eyes took in all the rows and shelves of books. Mounds of them everywhere, tables, chairs, a librarian behind a desk. It seemed to make the girl smile, as her full lips were tugged at from the corners. The long blonde hair slowly grew shorter and curly as it no ended at her chin. Even now she looked rather stunning. Her soft pale, proclien skin seemed to glow beneath the florescent lights above. The afternoon sun cast long lines of pure sunlight, and granting the library a more mystical appearence. The librarian looked up and smiled a greeting to the silent girl who stepped further into the library.
With every step the long, pale blue, halter-dress grew longer. Now it fell to the floor with a slit to her knee. It appeared that the young woman did not walk, but floated towards a row of books. Her feet bare for the sake of not wanting to make much noise, which would disrupt anyone in the library. Valerie was back home now, back in good ol' Cassis and wanted to see the more quiet of the places in this great building. Walking in utter silence, the girl allowed a finger to tail across the bindings of a low set row of books. Valerie seemed even more pleased at the fact she didn't turn to leather or some type of cardbooard or paper.

Maciej walked quietly through the rows and rows of different sorts of books, continuing on as though he knew exactly where he was going, and he had to be there very quickly; or else. His shoes made no sound against the carpeted floor, he seemed as silent as a Barn Owl flying in the air at night, but he seemed to be muttering something in French under his breath, and it didn't sound like a very good thing at all. With that tone, it couldn't have possibly of been some sort of comment.
A plain insult is what it was. Shaking his head, Maciej stopped suddenly and looked at the book shelf, running his hands along the rows of books and then picking out one that seemed particularly boring. Shrugging, he took a place at the nearest table, flipped over the book, and allowed his eyes to skim over the back of it, trying to get a summary. It sounded boring, it looked boring, it sure as hell was going to be boring, but it didn't stop him from opening to the front page and reading it anyway.

She heard someone muttering, but didn't quite know how. Val couldn't even really catch what they were saying. Prehaps it was something in another language. Sounded French of Italy or maybe even Russian. She wasn't a linguist and thus couldn't tell. All Valerie did know, was that they seemed unhappy about something. Lavender eyes fall on Maceij's back and she quirked a brow. Not exactly at the fact he was reading, everyone read once in a while. But at the fact she thought he was the one who had been muttering.
She strolled casually around the other side of the table to sit infront of him. A rather nice sized book was in her hand, black leather-bound with golden letters down the side. She had picked it up on her way down the many aisles. Clearing her thought as softly as possible, Valerie gently pulled a chair out. " Would it be okay if I sat here?" Came the soft and somewhat timid question.

"Mhmm." Maciej said, meaning 'sure', without looking up from his book. He had finished the first page, "Je regrette de vouloir lire ceci.." he muttered to himself, rolling his eyes and shutting the book. The boy got up and placed the book where he found it, taking out another one that didn't seem any more interesting. He decided not to make the same assumption, and put it back, wandering away for a few seconds and then returning with a thicker book that seemed ten times better.
Placing himself back down into his chair, he opened the book and began reading, already liking it.

" I don't want to interupt." She felt horrible for having to interupt, but she couldn't help but wonder if he was french. It sounded strongly like he was when he spoke. But still, Valerie was unsure. " But, are you speaking French or Italian. I'm not exactly sure which it is." The girl spoke softly, hoping she hand't upset the boy. Her hair pulled the seat out for her and slowly pushed it in as she lowered herself into it. Once more the blonde locks shifted into a tightly curled mop ending at her chin. Lavender eyes looked questioningly at Maciej as he sat back down.
