Seaheart was a little annoyed and saw the spikes. "This day just doesn't get any better......does it...." He started to bring up metal sheilds but he almost started to feel happy. He felt it was coming from Vanden. Friendship? He had never, never, EVER felt that feeling. Maybe some toward Ven, but it was a hateful friendship. He marched up to Vanden and pierced him with a hateful gaze. "Dare, DARE, try to make me feel happy again, and I will let Chaos wreak into your mind nad let him have his own, sadistic fun. Understand? Then when he's done and you feel like dying, I'll throw you into these oncomign spikes!" He said pushign hte boy away with a hard, demonic, and chilling voice.. He then faced the spikes and spun the chain like a lasso to deflect the spikes. "Now be on guard and stay with me!"

Vanden simply stared at him. He was quivering a bit, more out of anger than fear. "Hey! You're the one that attacked me first, so it's only natural to defend. Don't threaten me by the way. Your little demonic rebel-boy act doesn't scare me, you little prick." He yelled, and his eyes were dull and closed slightly, making him appear even more angry. Not bothering to care about the response, he headed over to where the girl was.

Seaheart shook with anger. So arrogant! Demonic? OK, that's OK. Demonic wasn't the rigth word...but....rebellious? He was ready to use Shadow Coffin but calmed down. Prick...dammit....he'd kill him later on. He followed him using the chain to dispell any spikes toward him. "WAtch yourself boy. I was merciful. I inspected you before. I could have attacked. Remember that. Only reason I didn't attack is because I'm in a good mood today, and no need for Amberly to have to see blood when you were just sent to spy and try to catch me off guard." He said his voice hsowign no traces of anger or a grudge.

Amberly turned her views to the ball that was still chasing her. 'Wait. The spikes are gone, it's just a ball. It can't hurt me now.' At that thought she stopped instantly to test her theroy.
"Well, well. YOur spikes are gone. What now? I can beat you already." Amberly walked over to it as the ball backed up a bit. A ticking Noise came from it suddenly, making Amberly curse slightly. "Oh, shit..."
Amberly took a step away from it, and it acted as if a magnet, it followed her. She took off in a run again. She didn't know how much time she had. Where was Sea?

Vanden was surprisingly, unafraid. "Of course. I'm still not afraid, you prude. And if you're really that powerful, go save the damn world yourself." He trotted back over to the girl, following her as she ran. "What the hell is that thing?" He managed in between breaths, turning slightly and peeking at the ball rolling towards them ticking. "Oh, f**. BOMB!?"

He heard the ticking noise and sighed. "I'm NOT supposed to save the world. I'm onl the guardian of the person who will save the world. Jeez....but I guess I'm gonna save Amberly now." The chain whizzed in toward the ball and dived in. It wrapped itself around the ball and dragged it out. "Both of you! Outta here at once!" He said hugging the bomb. He turned himself to metal to protect himself. "GO!" He roared at them. He hardened himself much as he could, and then put a layer of shadows. He didn't think these guys had an defensive moves....."And Amberly...get your healing powers ready."

Ambery finally was able to stop to catch her breath and watched as Sea took control of the situation. It wasn't her fault she couldn't touch the damn thing or because it like to follow her. Besides Sea and the new dude was too busy fighting. To her, he seemed a bit upset that he was having to feel like he needed to save her.
"I'm ready... But..." She didn't want him to sacrifice himself... Mr. Raelin wouldn't let anyone get hurt... Would he?

Vanden was still pissed at this guy, but obeyed, albeit unwillingly. He grabbed the girl's arm, supposedly her name was Amberly, and tugged her to go along with him. "Come on, he wants to do this, we let him." His voice was cold, but a small smile was on his face, directed to her.

Amberly followed this new guy, who she's just now met. Who was he? Evidently he wasn't so self absorbed like sea was. He was actually concerned about her enough to get her out of the way when a bomb was going to set off. Amberly noticed the smile and felt the strong hand that grasped her arm to lead her to safety.
"I don't want anyone to get hurt... But there's nothing I can do..."

If the bomb was fake...we'll s it seems, it isn't. Once they were out he waited....it was like New Year's...10...9...8...7...6....5...4...3....2...1.....BOOM. The explosion filled the room with smoke and it hit pretty hard. It was...fiery and some of the room caught fire, but it was small. After about ten minutes the smoke started to die down a bit. Seaheart walked through the door coughing, and covered the ash. His chest was bleeding a bit since it the bomb was closest to that area. He shook his head and sat down. "So......day one, eh? It will be fun to see what else you got Kaelin. Make it harder next time. We're never gonna get stronger if nto pushed to our limits." He cougehd some more and then gave a small grinned toward Amberly. He felt sore and had alot of bruises. "UH...Amber. Just work on my chest a bit." He said pulling down the zipper to the pelvis, so his chest could be healed. His chest was lean, but pretty well built. He coughed some more and nodded toward both of them. "Nice thinking Amb. Butnext time...find out if there's a bomb in it first? And tell your comrades your plans befor anythign else. But still...not a bad idea destroying the spikes. And keeping calm most of the time."

"I don't either, but there's nothing anyone can do now. We have to get out of the range of the bomb. I'm sure he'll survive." The last part was said a bit more careless than he'd wanted, but he couldn't concern himself with that right now. As they ran, he turned around, smiling a bit. "I'm Vanden, by the way. Never a better time for an introduction, right?" He said, in between breaths.
At the explosion, he turned impulsively, then started back towards him, suddenly fearing for the boy who he, at least he thought, hated. Bringing Amberly towards him, he said nothing but observed the boy's injuries, cringing a bit.

Amberly was astonished at the way this guy was talking. He seemed like everything was no problem at all, he could handle anything. He also seemed like he was indestructible. Amberly looked over at Vanden, and moved away from him going over to Sea, after whispering she'll talk to him in a minute.q
"Sea... you need to stop acting like mr. Indestructable. It's not that flattering." She said as she saw his wound on his chest, a bit taken at the site of him shirtless (lol). She placed her cold hands on the wound and closed her eye's. After a few seconds her hands grew a lighter color and the bleeding seemed to disappear from his chest, then the abrasion had healed. Amberly's complextion started to drain of it's color. Using her powers seemed to drain her energy for only a while.
"Next time, stop fighting with the other student and you'll be more...prepared." Amberly said as she started to sway to the side.

Mr. Kaelin watched as his students came in the door, he had a disappointed look on his face towards Sea, but didn't say anything just yet. He needed to learn to work as a team, not the leader. He watched as Amberly healed him, but could tell she didn't much care for his attitude.

Seaheart sighed, a bit dissapointed. Mr.Indestructible? Flattering. "Amberly....is that what you think of me? That I consider myself more superior? Listen....it's not that...it's just....." He considered trying to explain himself but shook his head. What was the point. "Go ahead and think that. It's not a problem. I...get it alot anyway. Bye." He said in a grunt like voice. any hitn of having a good day vanishing. He got up and started to walk away. He was worlds and worlds away from many people. They just didn't know his life. What he dealt with day to day. He had to deal with fighting a half demon and hellspawn on a DATE. UNderstand? So soem Danger Room minor training isn't exactly something to...phase him. "And besides....why would I try to flatter any of you? Do I have a reason to?" He said before he came close to the door. "See you later Mr. Kaelin. I think I should just stick to private training after this little ordeal."

Vanden frowned at Seaheart as he walked towards the door, glaring at him. He trotted back to Amberly and touched her shoulder lightly. "Hey, you okay?" Then paused, realizing she might think he thought she was deeply hurt by Seaheart or something. "I mean, uh..about the healing." He smiled, his face seeming guilty.

"Yeah, just kinda... weak..." Amberly said as she put a hand to her head to get over her dizzy spell. Amberly took a deep breath and looked to Mr. Kealin and pleaded him with her eye's to dismiss her. He nodded and Amberly took a few uneven steps out of the control room.
'I need to find somewhere to sit.' She finally reached out side the door before leaning on the wall heavily.
"After all I did for him... He just leaves... without a thankyou..."
