Mr. Kaelin opened the door to the control panel room laying his coat on the chair that was in the corner. A gruff cough erupted as he looked throught the two way mirror and admired the danger room. Its metal walls all connected in a cirular type, and the ceiling was white. Many obstacles were hidden in the confinds behind the metal wall. LAzers, robots, spikes, and other dangerous obstacles that test a persons reactions and reflexes to sudden changes.
Scratching his chin, he pushed a few buttons on the control panel and instantly as he looked up, the danger room was no more. It had changed. The metal walls was now in the setup of mall. Virtual people chattered and walked among the floor. With a smile, he turned around and found the intercom buttom. Clearing his throat before he spoke.
"WELCOME ALL NEW STUDENTS. DANGER ROOM SESSION WILL NOW BE HELD. PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE DANGER ROOM."

Seaheart walked around the danger room inspecting the place. He was plannign to try out his new weapon and see how it could be used in battle. "Maybe I could attach it to my sword for long range attacks...." He said muttering to himself. Danger Room. What? Now he was part of the X-Men? Great. He used his extra vision to see the obstacles he would be up against. He almost laughed. This would be easy. So who would he have to be paired up with? It was gonna be fun to see the powers at this school. But he wouldn't be surprised. He never was.

Amberly peeked in around the door after hearing the danger room session was about to begin. She didn't want to miss this. She came in the door with a ponytail in her mouth and her hands fixing her hair in a updo bun.
"I'm rehey, don thart wifhowt me." Amberly muffled out, her tone very upbeat. She smiled at the other student in the room and turned around until she got her hair tied up.
"Sorry professor. I wasn't late was I?" AMberly asked as she started to bite on her lip.

Mr. Kealin looked at her, giving her a straight face. "No, your not late. Kinda early actually. This is Seaheart, Seeing as how you two are the first in here, you two will be partners. You two will also have the chance at either going first or watching."
He fiddled with a few papers he had on the control panel, reading the transcripts the Administrator had made on all the students.
'STudent: Seaheart
Power: Shadows, Metal slime, and extra vision'
He read to himself, brushing up on the powers of the students. Then he found Amberly's.
'Student: Amberly Kinster
Power: Healing -
Her power will come in hand after this mission most likely. I wonder how she'll fair in this game of luck with out powers to defend herself. Well, I guess I'm going to be very anxious to find out!' He said to himself and looked to the students again.
"Well, What will it be then?"

Seaheart grunted and said "We'll watch. Learn an enemy or a potential enemy's weaknesses. So we'll watch." He said looking at the other girl. She was kinda pretty. He shook his head and then walked up next to Mr.Kaelin. "Partner...what are her powers? I can then determine the best way to make our attacks more productive. I've seen what you got and well......you gotta work on it. Then again, I've had more real- life situations. This should be easy though."

Mr. Kealin looked at the young boy with a grin. "Well, son, Her power are healing. THink you can work with that?" Mr. Kealing thought at that very instant that this would work out well. A simple plan of two powers. One defence and one offensive. "So have you still got a plan on how to work through the obstacles, probably since your the one with all the attacks?
Mr. Kealin shot him a glance as though he thought he was a 'hot shot' and thought he knew everything. Amberly just stood there stareing off into the mall simulation.

Amberly listened as her 'Partner' made the disicion for them. 'What is partner's for, when your the one calling the shots?' She though.

Seaheart shrugged and said "WEll......I'm planning to use my chain but in case anything happens, I'll stick to my regular powers. And since it seems no one is really here, let's just start. And don't worry. I'll make sure the injuries against anyone won't be too bad." He stood next to Amberly and made a dagger. He made a small cut on his finger and urbbed the blood on his back. There was a tattoo there. It looked like a chain with spikes sticking out. The tattoo then grew and grew, until it was on his arm. It then seemed to come whipping out of his hand. It became real. "So...let's get started. And girl....be careful. And take this." He said making a sword out of metal and throwing it to her. "Use it only if you need to." He spoke in a calm voice at all times. Never sounding like a smart- aleck. No sarcasm. No superiority. Just calmness.

Amberly nodded at the sound of going to go first. She too had some tricks up her sleeve. Her powers may be healing, but she had yet to reveal that she was an excellent in the martial arts. She watched her partners arm as his tattoo on his arm grew to cover it.
"Well, interesting powers." Amberly said as the tattoe then became an weapon. "Girl? My name Is Amberly... Thank you."
She took the sword he handed her. She could wield one of these. It would be fun. She replied to him with a humourous(sp?) tone. "I'll probably have to use it to save you."

Seaheart grinned, closing his eyes. "Please don't. If I die, it'll be a blessing. Then again, the world's days will be limited. So. Amberly? I'm Seaheart. And it's not really a power.....It's.....it's a weapon that's mine and mine alone. Simple as that. So let's start. Mr.KAelin, start the danger room up. Amberly, keep your wits about. Now remember, as a team...you know what. Forget it. You seem capable of handling yourself." He said the chain more or less comign out of his hand. He wasn't holding it or anything. It whipped around to anything that may strike.

"I can't do that." She said referring to letting him die. It would hurt her emotionally if she was to let anyone die that was around her. Her biggest fear was not being able to save someone. "Well, Seaheart... Sea, I like the weapon to be honest. MEet you in the simulation." Amberly said opening the door to the danger room. The mall seemed like it was real. People walking, the noises, even the smell of new clothes was there.
"So, Sea. What all did you see that we're going to fight?" She asked looking around at every corner of the mall walls.

Vanden ran in, his long legs flopping carelessly from side to side, making him appear a bit more feminine than he'd like. He stopped and flashed a shy grin, peering around the room. "Uh, yeah, sorry. I was..unpacking." He said to no one in particular, not really sure who the instructor was.

Sea. He was already getting called nicknames. "I guess I can't let you die either. If I have the power in me to save someone, I have to. AS for what wer'e fighting...normal security stuff. LAsers, spikes, robots...none of hte crap I haven't faced before. If they want to give os some of a challenge, they should pit soem of us against eachother, while making us fight off the obstacles too. Oh, as for nicknames, don't call me SEabreeze. That nickname belongs to Ven...mich as I hate him. So. You ready?" He said standing next to her with his eyes still closed, and a grin still on. Her attitude reminded ihm a bit of Yuna's. He sighed knowing anyone else's attitude wouldn;t remind YUna of him since she got amneisa.

Matt walked into the danger room. "So.... I'm late, sorry about that. I slept in. So anyway, what sorta crud do we do here? And why's it called the danger room?" Not a very good first impression. However, Matt NEVER leaves a good first impression.

"I'm ready whenever you are..." She said flashing him a smile as she turned her head around to listen for Mr. Kealin announce the start of the simulation. She took a few steps into the mall dogding a few of the simulation people. "Well, As soon as this starts, the better. IT's a bit boring already..."
Alright, Be on your guard. Be careful[/b]
"Okay, well there's the start..." Amberly said almost instantly as Mr. Kaelins voice disappeared, a whizzing noise flew past her ear and landed on the 'said' wall. Her eye's grew big at that moment, taking a quick glance at Sea.

"Okay, WEll, the first simulation has started. What are your names?" Mr. Kaelin asked as he grabbed the peice of paper from the control box. "Well, wait until this is over. You two will be the next in line. Get aquainted with each other. Your partners." that's all Mr. Kealin said as he turned his attention to the present situation.

Vanden stared blankly at the man, then turned towards the other boy, his partner. "Uh, hello. I'm Vanden." He spoke softly, and held out his hand awkwardly, hoping the boy would shake it. He debating asking him what his powers were, then stopped, thinking about how he didn't want to reveal his powers until he absolutely had to. Pheromone control just wouldn't hold up to someone, with say, super strength.
