A big man, whose dress was completely in black, drug behind him the unconcius form of Wyatt. His features wasn't good, being unconcious from the beating he took in order to protect Lexi. The gruff man bellowed slighly as he drug Wyatt by the colar of his shirt.
"Stupid gifteds... Always have to fight against us. Always getting themselves beat up. When will they learn not to fight against us? We only are using them... We might give them back once our purpose is served... that is if they survive!" THe large man let out a solem laugh and then went back to his usual features as he finally reached the holding cell in which he'd be staying. "There you go... holding cell number one. You have a roommate. Don't kill each other... but then again, I really don't care!" He told him and opening the cell door, he carelessly threw Wyatt in there, not caring about being gentle.
Wyatt's form rolled over on the cold hard ground, after he was viciously thrown into what would now be his home. In his mind, he wasn't nowhere near the real world. A terrible vision, was invading his memory, showing very dominent on his face.
{Vision}
"LEXI!... NO.. please, don't hurt her... She's my sister!" He commanded to the two men as the events of the earlier excapades took place in his mind, twisting them viciously. "Take me instead. Let her be! Don't hurt her!" He begged the man who was holding a crying Lexi. She looked awful. Bruises shined on her face as well as her arms. Her dress which was originally white, was now a dingy brown color from being on the ground. The gruff man held the girl out, both hands on each shoulder, holding her up as he looked at her.
"She'd make a good agent one day.. If we teach her our ways! Those pretty little hands would become very useful one day!" He laughed in Wyatt's face. Wyatt's binding's kept him from moving to get his sister, but was forced to watch the horrid scene in front of her. THe man holding Lexi, suddenly threw her petite form against the wall again, just like before only this time she didn't move. She didnt' wake, her body lay still, in an awkward postion. He screamed out for her.
"LEXI...NO! LE...XI!" He pulled against his restraints watching the man near his sister again. He laughed watching as she suddenly moved again. SLow movements showed Wyatt that she was still alive, despite what he thought only seconds ago. "Le..xi?" He whispered to himself thanking God that she was still alive. At least for now.
"Aww.... she lives? Still? Why is that. Do you have any idea that you won't win?" He asked and watched as the little girls face stared up at him. Her skin so pale, she looked about to pass out from pain. She didn't cry this time, shock had taken over her. "Don't worry little girl... it won't hurt much longer!" He told her and looked to her brother momentarily, before taking another movement to her. Kicking her in the abdomen and Lexi's scream faded almost as instantly as it appeared. She lay there not moving this time. Sure to be dead.
"Lexi... NO....NOOOOOOOOO!" Wyatt cried out.
{End vision}
"Hey? Hey, Wake up.. are you okay?" A small voice called out to Wyatt's unconcious form, as a dirty hand was placed upon his shoulder. His eye's shot open as he instantly sat up quickly and receiving a tramendous shock to a splitting headache. His stomach churned to the feeling and wave of dizziness overtook the poor boy. "Whoa there.... Lay back down.. take it easy!" She talked to him nicely as she quickly placed her hands on his shoulder to pull him back down to the ground to keep him still. "You have a huge bump on your head... might want to take it easy!" She told him and looked at his condition. He seemed alright, except for a few scrapes on his face where he fell. "My name is Tiffany..."
Her voice seemed to tremble slightly as she said her name. He looked at her after feeling the back of his head, and noticing the lump that caused his blackout.
"How long was I out?" He asked her, trying to get his vision back to a single line. He closed his eye's momentarily trying to keep the sickness feeling that he was observing from happening.
"About three hours. They just threw you in here... I've been watching over you... You kept saying the name Lexi... who is that?" She asked, watching his movments. She was happy to see him react to the world again, afraid of him not waking up.
Wyatt moved to get up again, after the dizzy spell passed and he found himself able to surpass the feeling of an upset stomach. "Lexi's my sister... I don't know if they got her, but I just hope and pray that she's okay!" He told her and leaned against the wall, letting a hand go to hishead again as the dizziness returned to haunt him.
"Take it easy... you've got a nasty concussion! Seriously! THey don't care if you die or not. They just want to use us... I've heard very little, but I knowtheir from the goverment!" She told him and walking over to where there were two cups of water, she ripped off a peice of her shirt and dabbed it in the water and walked back over to Wyatt placing it on his forehead. "There we go... Let that sit there. It might help!" She told him and leaned back agaisnt the other side of the holding cell.
The cell wasn't that big, but just big enough for a bunk bed type of slumber area, no sheets, no pillows were present, just a mattress. Wyatt's eye's surveyed the cell, noting the grimness about it. In the corner, there was a little hole and thinking it was just a mouse hole, he passed it by with out a though. "Cheery, huh?" He managed a small sound that was like a laugh, but it was very hurtful. "Me and my sister were on our way back home... when they got to us. They took her first, but I fought agaist the guy who was holding her. I really don't know if they got her. Last thing I remember was the guy throwing her against a wall and she just laid there. Then I guess that's when I blacked out. I... " He quit talking thinking back to his dream. What if that really happened? What if his sister was really dead? He wouldn't be able to handle it if he knew that his sister no longer exsisted on the human plain. He fought back his tears, afraid to show anger, to show fear in this place, where he knew nothing about. "What is this place?" He asked her as a sudden sound came from outside the cell.
"I see that prince charming has woke up... How are you feeling?" He asked. His features was only lit by a small candle light, but the only thing about the guy was a goldtee and dark hair. He couldn't tell much more with his impaired vision.
"WHERE'S LEXI?" He screamed out and moved to get up, holding on the wall that supported his weight. "WHERE IS MY SISTER?"
"Now, now.. we'll have none of that now, Wyatt!" He said his name with a slight annoyance. Wyatt noticed this.
"How do you know my name?"
"My dear boy, we've been trailing your kind. This girl here... TIffany.. power of water... She was the first. We knew that she'd be an easy first target. Has noone mentioned anything to the school?"
Wyatt stared at him. "Who knows?" He stated with a vengful voice.
"Well, then... Seeing as how your so damn rude.. I don't think you deserve a cell mate!" He said and with a snap of his fingers, another person... A woman, came in and stood beside the man.
"Which one is next, sir?" She asked, taking orders.
"The girl. She needs to go to the lab, we might have something in mind for her." He told her and reaching behind his back, he brought out a lazer type of wand, and eletricity shot out of it. "My dear boy. I would stand back I don't want to have to use this on you!" He said,but Wyatt didn't listen. AS soon as the door had opened, he took attack on the woman, but was instantly taken down by the electrical shock and the girl was taken out, screaming. Wyatt lay there motionless, to go back to his haunted visions and dreams.
A few hours had passed and in his unconcious state, he could still hear footsteps moving around in the hallways outside of his cell. He mentally couldn't wake up, being kept in his memory of his sister's attempted kidnapping. He moved uneasy in his sleep.
[/b]Lexi, I'm so sorry, I couldn't save you. If I could have I would have beaten those bastards to a pulp and we'd be on our way home already. To see mom and dad and Lacey. I swear to you I will avenge your death. I will not let any of these goverments live knowing your not. I promise you that Lexi... I PROMISE YOU![/i][/b]
Almost suddenly he felt himself waking from his sleepless unconciousness. His eye's opened to the dreary place inwhich he'd been for the last couple of hours and remembered immediatly the girl who was in his cell just a while ago. "Tiffany..." He called out hoping that they had brough her back, but she was nowhere. The cell was quiet except for a set of footsteps and a sound that gave way of something being dragged. Another Gifted perhaps?
"Stupid gifteds... Always have to fight against us. Always getting themselves beat up. When will they learn not to fight against us? We only are using them...
