Alright dudes and dudettes, here we go, the plot has begun!
So heres how things are going to work. To keep everything from getting all filled up in the plot boards each plot board will have this before their tittle
(plot, ?G ?B ?N) Tittle
This shows that it's a plot. Now the question Marks will be filled in with a number. for example 2g would mean two good guys, 2b would mean to bad guys, 2N means two neutral people. there will also occasioannly be a ?L that means how many leaders, the max is 2 me and seaheart
Thats about it, now heres a little info about it:Ven was perched on the edge of a roof, hunched over, thinking about various things that had happened throughout his school year at cassis so far, and those at previous gifted sanctuaries as well.
A hand slowly reached up to his temples, massaging them gently. The constant struggle between his instincts and sentient thought occasionaly gave him headaches, depending upon how deep his thoughts were. Needless to say he found himself in constant mental pain.
However at the momment he was debating something. These gifteds couldn’t handle their powers. He could admit that he had a way of bringing out the worst in people, however that was still no excuse for how these people managed their powers. they so easily and freely used them not only personal gain, or just for fun. He knew that he used his abilities for gain as well, but in his mind he found that the other used them foor far worse reasons.
However he had recently devised a way to prevent these uncalled for acts of force. He was going to build an army. He had recently developed, after years of toying with the formula, a very special serum. It targetted special strands of DNA that tended to effect gifteds powers. It essentially acted as a supresant, much like Carmela’s powers.
Normally he would never have been able to develop somthing of this magnitude, something strong enough to cancel outsomeone’s powers, it was beyond him. he could really only toy with acids and venoms, things that could burn things, or effect organic cell structure. This however had far more potentcy that that. It involved almost fully altering someone’s genetic strands, by removing a the ability of one specific strand, and then placing in a new one.
However he had aqcuired something special recently. Afterr a special session with Maeve in the woods Carmela had appeared. In doing so she, as almost any human does, lost a hair. Just a simple dead hair fell out, something that every single human on earth does. But Ven, recalling her powers came back, and using his spectacular sense of smell, found a strand that had been lost. By working that into his serum he had developed a spectacular formula.
This newer formula neutralized the genne that controled their powers and activated a new gene placed into the blood stream that added powers similar to Ven’s. However they would only get one, which depending upon the person’s original power could be, scales, chhemical abilities, or even the ability to fully trannsform one’s self into a snake.
The only problem was that the serum would only work if injected directly into a vein. Meaning that it could only be a voluntary thing, so Ven couldn’t ambush people with the serum. It also had the effect of adding in the extreme serpentinne instincts Ven suffered from. Ven had years of conditioning with this pain, and as a result felt it far less, unless he was under stress. Other people did not. He had developed a sort of minor medicine for the intense mental pain. Essentialy, if someone with powers close to his, the serpentine mental pain, had this injected, the immense pain would end for about an hour.
However this would end up creating an addiction, almost like drug. This addiction though, would only be existant as long as the serum Ven had developed remained active in their blood stream This is what generated the most major problem. Keeping the genes active.
The serum by itself was only a temporary thing. The injection hadf a time limit of about two hours. He needed a way to keep this active. He had found this way, a loophole.
He had created a special system with which, as long as he had Carmela herself.
He had a created a machine. It wasn’t really much more but an amplifier. As long as a needle attached to the machine was plugged into Carmela’s blood stream, the machine sent out waves when attached to her that separated up her powers. The waves covered most of the campus. All these waves did was keep the serum active within people’s blood streams by sending out a mulled version of Carmela’s powers.
It was with thesethat Ven would slowly begin to conquer the Gifted world, in doing so, not only defeating the unfair advantage that they gained, but also saving the normals that existed. He consideredall gifteds a threat to normal people. By conquering thhem all, bringing them beneath one common banner he knew that he would be unstoppable. As long as he had Carmela under the amplifier keeping them underneath his serpentinee influence, and as long as he had them addicted to his medical serum, they were powerless to stop him, even if they did join him willingly.
