Name: Arella Godfrey
Nicknames: Nurse, Nurse Godfrey, Miss Arella, Miss Godfrey
Aliases: Cleric
Occupation: Head nurse in the school infirmary.
Age: 27
Marital Status: Single
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Weight: 138 lbs.
Height: 5’9”
Eyes: Deep blue
Hair: Dyed bright purple; short and textured.
Clothing: Outside of work, Arella likes to wear just about anything: jeans, shorts, skirts, and all sorts of comfortable tops. She works in the infirmary though, so she wears a nurse’s white dress to work (while most nurses’ wear “scrubs,” Arella prefers the dresses, though they can be considered fetish outfits. She just likes them better).
Powers: Arella’s blood has healing abilities (much like how others make poisons; she is able to heal others). Because of this, she heals almost instantly whenever injured, as long as blood touches the wound. There are also no scars whenever her blood heals. Her blood has the capability to neutralize all poisons, so Arella cannot be poisoned. Her blood can also heal the wounds of others with the same effect: their wounds will not scar and her blood is an antidote for poisons. She draws her blood and keeps it in bags in the infirmary to use on others; if she tried to cut herself to heal others, her own wound will heal before she could.
Weakness: Arella is not very physically strong. She can always walk out of a fight unscathed, but it isn’t because she fought back. For this reason, she tries to avoid fighting. Also, right after Arella draws her blood, it will take longer for the blood remaining inside her body to heal any wounds. She cannot heal herself if any part of her body is cut completely off.
Power related issues: Arella is constantly drawing her own blood to use on others. There are times when she over-does it and can be weakened greatly by the lack of blood.
Personality: Arella is very kind-hearted and gets along well with the students. She’s youthful and always willing to tell it like it is. Arella is accustomed to giving to others because of her powers. She is always glad to help others. She rarely gets mad; despite the fact that she is always cheerful, she isn’t annoyingly so. Arella is always calm and gentle. She doesn’t take sides when students come into the infirmary after getting into a fight. Instead, she asks them a few questions about their injuries, heals them, and sends them on her way. She always has a smile on her face, and she always speaks in a soothing tone. She can have a bit of a stubborn edge and she despises people who don't appreciate being helped. Over all, she's a neutral person who keeps to herself and can be rather indifferent about the lives of others. She just cares mostly for keeping them healthy, and doesn't mind anything else they do.
History: Arella grew up in a wealthy family with both of her parents being doctors. Arella’s parents were the firsts to notice Arella’s powers because she would never be hurt as a child. They finally witnessed Arella healing herself when she was three years old when Arella fell down the stairs. In a fall that should have left her bruised and possibly broken, her parents watched as bruises and scrapes disappeared before their eyes. As she grew up, all of friends noticed her abilities too. It eventually became a game: throw things at Arella and watch her get better, push down Arella and watch her get better. At first, she hated it. She felt like she was being teased, but then one of her friends told her how amazing and cool she was for never getting hurt. After that, she felt like a hero every time she stood up, unharmed, after falling.
Arella didn’t learn that her blood could heal others until she was in high school when she donated blood in her school’s annual Blood Drive. She received a call a while after she donated saying that the person who had received her blood was healing all of their own wounds. Of course, it wasn’t permanent for that person, but Arella was excited none the less. That was the moment that she decided that she would go to nursing school and become a professional nurse to help people with her talent. She was employed at the school as the head nurse because of her amazing ability and her excellent grades during medical school. She was elated to take the job so that she could help other people with gifts like herself.
