Powers: Peni has the ability to manipulate temperature of an area up to fifty feet in her range, or and object. Note, this is not meant to control the wheather, just the temperature. For instance; Peni can warm a seat without touching it. She can cool a hot area within fifty feet of her range. So, it wouldn't change the wheather unless it was snowing, and Peni decided to warm it, the snow wouldn't stick to the ground, or depending on how warm it is, snow in that area at all. So basically, there's a forcefield of cool or warm air when the power is targeted to an area. Get it?
Weakness: A student who just couldn't complete that assignment due to issues...Issues about whatever. Basically a sob story from a student, until it gets to be all too common, then she gets it.
Power related issues: Peni, if serverley depressed or angered can lose control of her powers, and can either freeze the area or overheat it, which can be harming to herself as well as others. Using it for too long is like O.D.ing, which can cause unconciousness.
Personality: Peni is very kind-hearted. She is always there to help when someone is in need. Sometimes she can be a pushover. She gives great advice, and sometimes wonders why she didn't become a guidence counsler. Peni is not easily angered unless a student constantly mis behaves, or a peer of hers just doesn't know when to shutup. Peni doesn't often stick up for her opinions in a fight, and when she does, she doesn't put enough force behind them for someone to believe. She's a peace seeker, peace maker, and a peac lover.
History: Peni found her powers when she was only fifteen. Her friends didn't mind, for whenever it was too hot, they'd call peni to cool them down. She lived with her grandmother since she was a baby for her mom died at birth, and her dad..Well, he just abandonded her mom when he founf out that she was impregnated. Peni always excelled in language arts, and loved it, so she decided to teach it. She never did enough just to get by, and always preformed to her best, as she does now.
