Weakness: He has a strong aversion to people with mental powers. Every time someone tries to enter his mind for any reason it causes him mass amounts of pain. Also he has a very short temper, hates taking orders, and hates being out done.
Background: Khyron is the bastard child of a rich family’s middle daughter. Being the middle child she always felt left out and ended up addicted to many drugs and did anything to get them. She still doesn't know who Khyrons father is. Khyron had a hard childhood. His mother despised him and blamed him for ruining her life, even though it was truly her fault. She beat him regularly and he ran away on multiple occasions. On one of these little "outings" he found himself lost in the outskirts of his grandparent’s estate. Lost and hungry he tried to forage for food in woods nearby. But at six years old he really did not know what was edible. He came across a small patch of flowers that’s petals seemed thicker and figured he might as well try them. After eating the first petal he felt much better. Almost as though that one thing had been enough to sustain him. But of course it was like candy to him and so he ate more...
Khyron woke up in the hospital not remembering anything but the flowers. He looked around to see his mother and grandparents around him looking concerned. He had passed out after eating the flowers and something in them had mutated him. His hair had turned purple as well as his eyes. And something else seemed different to him but he couldn't quite place it. But the doctor said he was okay and allowed him to go home with his mother. When they got home His mom was angry with him for running away and because her parents had gotten mad at her for allowing this to happen to him. She sent him directly to his room and then went off and began drinking. She stormed up to his room and began to beat him. Khyron had had enough and at seven years old fought back. His first punch she blocked and but he felt himself guided in his second and he slammed his fist into her ribs, breaking them all. And he was promptly sent off to military school.
Khyron excelled. After finding out about is powers they trained him as their special weapon. In strategy he excelled too. As a pvt. he would go off on his own at always accomplished his objective, even if it meant going against orders. He went through the ranks rapidly becoming one of the youngest to become Corporal at 16 years old. Those underneath him served him to the word but not out of respect. He earned the name “Khyron the Destroyer” because anyone who stood against him he beat into submission. All that is until a pvt. with “talents” was put under his command. Now this kid had many friends. And was well liked throughout the academy. But he did not quite know how to use his power properly. He was a mind reader. And he would read someone’s mind without ever even trying to. So when he was assigned under Khyron he unwittingly entered his commanding officers mind.
As the other boy did so Khyron was suddenly in extreme pain shooting out from his mind. He fell to his knees and held his head in his hands. After the ordeal had ended Khyron looked at the boy darkly and in his anger towards him beat him badly enough to send him to the hospital for a long while. The friends of the boy thought that it would be a good idea to teach Khyron a lesson for what he had done. So while he was on his way back to his room from a meeting with the other Corporals they jumped him. They didn’t stand a chance. He killed them all within minutes and then reported the incident to the staff…
Khyron was expelled from the school for the murder of three of its members but since it was in self defense he was not judged in the judicial system at all. From there he transferred on his own to Cassis after hearing about it from one of his mentors…
Personality: Khyron is a very strange person. But with a childhood like his I wouldn't blame him. His moods can change on a dime from happy one second to trying to kill you the next and anything in between.
