Powers: Kylan can summon storms, I guess you could say. He can cause anything from light rain to raging tornadoes and hurricanes, depending on his mood. With this power, mood is everything.
He's also developing a different power, to where he can control temperature along with storms.
Weakness: Any kind of elemental, especially water. Why? Who knows. Kylan's weird like that.
Power Related Issues: Well, if he creates a storm to powerful, it could seriously bite him in the butt. XD
Personality: Kylan is your fun-loving, average teenage guy. He is usually in a good mood, and you have to do something really bad to actually tick him off. Something really bad as in:
1) Flirting with a girl he likes.
2) Flirting with a girl he's with.
3) Flirting with any of his girls... That are friends...
4) Overall flirting with any girl that catches his attention.
Oh, and:
5) The hurting of a girl.
History: Kylan was born into a family where they believed that men were the head of the family. Them men did the work, payed the bills, fought, upholded the family honor, etc. Women did all housework and, well, wielded children. After Kylan's power was discovered, he was immediantly sent to a gifted school. But what happened before that?
Kylan's power was first discovered by his dad. Kylan was playing outside with some of his friends, when suddenly his "best friend" started hitting on a girl that Kylan had his eye on. And come on, they were 11 years old. What did they know about girls? Nothing except that it was fun to tease them. So, Kylan's "friend" started pulling the poor girl's pigtails and such, and this ticked Kylan off. All of a sudden, wind started howling and rain began to pour, thunder booming and lightning flashing its paths across the darkened sky. The kids ran off, screaming, but the girl stayed and watched Kylan. She nodded her head once, then ran off to her home. The next day Kylan was sent to a new school.
6 years later, Kylan was kicked out of the school for creating one of the worst hurricanes in the century, all because his "best friend" was hitting on his girlfriend. (These were two different "best friends". Some friends, huh?)
After his father hearing about Kylan getting kicked out of school, Kylan had to suffer his father's fury. Him and his father got into a huge fight, causing an extremely large storm, which included a tornado, and hail the size of softballs, and a particurarly dangerous bolt of lightning. His father, blinded by his never-ending rage at his son, didn't realize that his wife, Kylan's mother, had run between him and his son. His father caused a huge bolt of lightning, which would have struck Kylan's mother dead if Kylan didn't put his own arm over her, causing the bolt of lightning to go through his own body and protect his mother. Since Kylan had the power to control the storms, the lightning didn't kill him like it should have, but instead he was able to withstand, if not having to go through an extreme amount of pain in his right arm. Now, he has a long, thin, white scar going from his shoulder to the tip of his middle finger on his underarm. Now, Kylan was also blinded by his anger and focused an especially large bolt of electricity at his father, who couldn't withstand it. He died hours later after being checked into a hospital for a super-natural "accident".
Now, he's at a brand new gifted school, girlfiend-less, father-less, and ready to make his appearance and to start his life anew.
Random Fact: He's best friend's with Kyle. They began hanging out after Kylan's first day at the school. Not to mention their names are almost exactly alike.
