Eyes:
A bright brown color. Some mistake them to be a bit reddish at times, that's just the light however.

Hair:
Blonde hair falls to her waist in a straight manor. Normally she keeps it up in pigtails set high on her head.

Clothing:
A white dress falls to about mid-thigh. It is form fitting and has a high set neck line. It is a halter dress with a golden strap around the top neck part. A red, off-the-shoulders, cropped jacket covers her just her bosom and is a wine red color with golden designs. White boots, with more golden trimming and detailing comes to just a few inches beneath her skirt. A more detailed image will be included.
Note Concerning Picture:
**There is no ruby on her shoes. The golden streak (V shaped) where the Gem is found in the image is not there either. The pale yellow, red and gold techno-isque design towards the bottom of the dress is not there. However the gold bands (all four with two on each side) at her hips are still there. The long sleeved, coat(thing) she wears does not end as fingerless gloves but full gloves.
**Concerning the staff she holds, the crescent moon and it's ruby replace the large ruby they hover over. There is only one golden halo, the large one by the crescent and that holds a slant on it.

Powers:
**Power Negation; Within 20 feet of Carmela the powers of others disappear entirely. Any mutation included disappears. Say, thanks to a person's powers, they are covered by scales, they disappear in her prescence. This is something she can't turn off and has no control over.
**Power Sensing: Carmela can detect the powers of others. Nothing about weaknesses, and she can't predict their movements. However she can tell you what powers someone has and (if she tries very hard) where they are most likely found. She's accurate to about...100 yards.

Weakness:
Many things, her powers are not defensive particularly and leave her open to ranged attacks.

Power related issues:
Carmela's powers don't exactly cause her many issues. If she tries to locate someone who is very far away, she may pass out and or suffer a severe headache.

Personality:
Carmela is a fun-lover and very impulsive. Known to be a bit random and off the wall, some find her quite pleasent. She's optimistic and enjoys life to it's fullest. Sorrow doesn't please her in the least and Carmela is known to stop and hug a crying person. She smiles as much as she possibly can and is very curious. Pretty much, Carmela is the typical girl.

History:
Carmela held a very steriotypical happy-childhood lifestyle. Her parents support every decision she makes as best as they can. They helped her through the tough times and argued as little as possible. It was peaciful even after Carmela's powers had finally been discovered. It's somewhat of a family trait, having gifts unlike any other. Her's were discovered when she met her great uncle for the first time. The man had introduced himself and Carmela had smiled sweetly and asked kindly if he could control metal. After some more discussion it was discovered the full extent of her powers and that when around Carmela her great uncle couldn't do a thing with metals. Soon after her parents decided to send her to a school to help her learn how to control these powers.
