Eyes: Orange-Brown. They seem to be a honey brown color more than either orange or brown. They are vibrant and warm, very welcoming.
Hair: Blond, somehow she ended up with blond hair. It is unknown how it happened or why. Some try and accuse her of having bleached it. That is not the case. But it would make sense if she had. It is soft to the touch and has a slight curl at the end which comes to her shoulder area.
Heritage: Her mother was from somewhere in Africa. Her Father Egyptian.
Physical Appearence: Her skin is a deep chocolate brown color and rather soft to the touch. With a slim and fit build Beatrix has soft curves and the body of someone who enjoys playing outside and having fun. There are scars here and there, like any playful teen might have.
Clothing: Beatrix wears very flattering clothing generally. Spagetti straps, usually a sarong or wrap around skirt. Her skirts usually are long and have a space where the skirt shoes up to her knees. Her feet are either bare or in sandals. She's not used to shoes really and doesn't much like them.
Powers: Crystal Manipulation: Beatrix can manipulate and create Crystals from her body. She can make them hover, or fly, and even use them as a mode of transportation.
Enchanting: Beatrix has a strange ability to put spells on objects like necklaces and earings. These things can be protective spells that ward of bad vibes, spirits, maybe the occassional hex. Along with this she can use these enhcanments to prehaps change her appearence for a short while, breathe underwater and or climb walls. However, she needs to do a potion type thing and soak the article in the potion for a few moments before anything happens. Think witch my friends.
Weakness: Crystals always fail to gravity, and time. Heat doesn't seem to help much either. As for her enchanting thing, the fact that you take the ingredients away, she can't do anything.
Power related issues: Crystal Manipulation can result in aches and pains of her body, broken bones, holed up clothing, and other such basic damages. The enchanting spells can backfire, fail, or whatnot.
Personality: Beatrix, is a general open girl. She is fun and energetic. Not only that be she enjoys the outside and woods. There is nothing she seems to enjoy more than talking and getting to know people. The girl holds her head high with pride and enjoys the fact her mother was from Africa. Sun and beaches are another thing this girl finds amazing and hiking seems to be a favorite pass time. Beatrix is wise beyond her years it seems and is generally very well spoken.
History: Long ago, when Beatrix was born her parents were in hiding. They had commit a crime against the goverment and fled to Africa. Beatrix was granted her name because her mother felt they were Travellers. Hence a name with Traveller as a meaning. Her parents lived a fake life for seven years, with their daughter. To everyone she was Dona Lesley. But to her parents, she was Beatrix.
On her eigth birthday her parents were found, and arrest, by the people they had angered. Beatrix was left alone for the fact she was only a child and had no idea as to what was going on. The government scooped her up and took her to an orphange. Not once was she adopted for the fact she was able to create crystals. Though many had tried, they only wanted the jewels she could create.
At that time Beatrix had made it clear her real name was not Dona but Beatrix and the orphange found her aunt and uncle. The two kind people took her in, hardly knowing her, and cared for her for 5 years. The lived a good life in a village that felt the girl was indeed very special. She was favored by many there, somehow, being the only kid.
The before this one, her Aunt and Uncle worked with the village to get enough money to send Beatrix to Cassis to learn more about her powers and gifts. At the begining of this year, Beatrix Tristan was admitted into the school and granted a whole highschool education thanks to the money her family and friends had saved up.
