Roxanna Faust was sent to another school for reasons that she seems to have slipped into having waking nightmares. The small child was removed from Cassis because of this, leaving her sister alone. I am not making a board about this.
As another note, I'm going to be keeping her powers for a new character I am making. So, NO STEALINGS!

Hair:
A brilliant shade of blonde falls at whatever length she wants. It can be straight, wavy, crimped or whatever she wants thanks to her powers.
Clothing:
General, Val is seen in whites, soft blues and purples, and dresses more than pants. However, she will wear jeans once in a while. The most common appearence is that found in the image above. A white halter-dress with a slight to mid-thigh. She will wear that as a shirt with blue jeans or shorts or whatever she wants. A dress similar to the one in the picture is almost always present, but the color will change.
Powers:
Animation: Valerie can manipulate her clothing, hair and jewelry. She can make her hair turn into a hand and grab something, grow longer, shorter, whatever she wants. Minus change it's color. Her clothing and jewelry can grow longer and or shorter and appear to float around her and such, pretty much all the same things her hair can.
Mimicry: This isn't like animal mimicry, nor is blending into the background. When touching a liquid or a solid her body will become such a thing. For example, stepping into water Val will become water (along with everything she is wearing and or touching). No, she will not turn into a puddle and nor can she. Another example, touching ice she will become ice. Get it?
Weakness:
Ice: It restricts the movements of the molecules in her hair and such, thus keeping it from moving, or causing it to slow down. Effects vary.
Power related issues:
Headaches: Bringing her hair into an animated state can often leave her with a headache.
Being Stuck: Her and her sister share this issue. At random times it is not uncommon to see Val stuck in a metallic, Ice, water, or wooden state.
Personality:
A bit more on the serious side, Valerie is smart and cunning. Think before you leap is what her motto seems to be. She thinks things through before executing them. Valerie is very caring, and rather motherly toward her sister. Elegant is a word many refer to her as. As she walks with her head held high and with grace.
Miscellaneous:
Valerie sings, but only to her sister. Her voice is a soft, gentle caress ot the ears of many. Val is known to cook, and her meals are generally well prepared. Personally perfering to take strolls rather than do sports, Val tends to not be seen often in the sports fields. She's in the blechers supporting her sister.
Their parents were generally nice people. They fell in love young and had their first child when the mother was about 22. That child would be little Valerie. A talented and kind girl. She excelled in many things. Exactly 1 year and 24 days after Valerie was born, Roxanna came into being. The infant was Valeries favorite thing to have around. It wasn't uncommon to see the toddler sitting and watching her mother feed the baby.
When Valere was seven, leaving a six year old Roxanna, their parents died in a plane crash. Severe wheather had sent the plane hurtling into the sea. The children were confused, but stuck together as a legal battle between their aunt and the Father's mother was raged. The aunt lost and Roxanna and her sister was sent to Granny's hosue to stay.
Their powers were discovered by accident, how they will never remember because it had happened in their sleep. Or so said their Grandmother. Many figured Granny would freak out, but the old woman was supportive and cared for the children for 7 more years. And on the day Val turned 14 sent her and her younger sister off to Casis. Heck, Granny even moved 30 minutes away so the two could visit as much as possible.
Thier second year at Casis, the two were signed out on account of their Grandmother falling ill. The two spent a while year with her, watching her slowly die. Finally, about 6 months ago, Granny passed away in her sleep. She was 66 years old, dying of pnemonia. Valerie took charge of her sister, being 15, and asked the state to place the two of them back in casis until they BOTH graduated. With much debate, the state agreed. And for the last two years of their school career. They only just recently got back.
