Seaheart watched as Oshaya shot at a rock. The rock flew at him, and one hit him in the back. The rock was sharp, but it hit him in the charcoal side. It looked more like a stalactite in his back. He turned his back to Oshaya and Kamon, letting them think he was hurt. His black coat made it unable for them to see the charocal, or anyone, but then he pulled it out quickly, turning, throwing the rock at their force field quickly, turning it to metal, with a sick grin on his face.
He looked for Dementia, seeign she was gone. Obviously she had a plan, but he wouldn't ask...he couldn't even ask because she wasn't there. Better to distract the electro twins until she was able to nail them.

Kamon had just absorbed the forcefield because it was using up way too much energy to keep functional. They had other means of defence. Besides, Kamon's energy was much needed later. Hopefully he would still be conscious then.
The rock headed towards Kamon, so using his massive pools of energy, he reacted within a second and knocked the now metal rock off its course and it slammed into the ground. Kamon picked it up, charged it with quite a bit of electricity, and launched it with enhanced force towards the cliff that Kamon didn't know Dementia was climbing up. He was actually hoping to cause the cliff to partially collapse onto his enemies. He was ignoring Maeve for a second, she was still a bit away from him.

Seaheart watched as Kamon caught his projectile, then hurtled it right back at the cliff. He looked over there, and saw Dementia. Crap. No way he could catch it....it was such a good weapon too but would he have to melt it into slime? He didn't want to show his powers over darkness until he had to verse Ven and Maeve, but this would come as a good surprise attack.
He cast his hand upward toward the projectile, calling on reserves of darkness, and from the shadows on the rock burst forth a black hand, catching it. He then used that to focus his metal powers on. It turned back to rock, and the hand crushed it, turning it to pebbles...well, a big stalactite like that would turn into...boulders. It then threw the boulders at Kamon and Oshaya. The whole process hurt alot, considering when dissolving the metal, it came back to him, and the electric gave him shocks. It wasn''t too much, but he just needed to rest a minute. No time though.

Dementia's breath came in a sharp intake when she saw the rock coming towards her. Thinking as fast as she could, she created a copy of every major bone in her body, displacing the originals upward and out of her skin, where they flattened out and curved to coat her body in a bony armor--a taxing move she saved for only the most necessary defense. She clutched the rocks tightly, bracing herself against the force of the coming rock, and shut her eyes in expectation. The crash never came.
She opened her eyes, confused, to another red cloud of dust that blocked out her vision, just in time to see the broken-up rock flying towards Kamon and Oshaya, hurled by a hand of darkness. One name fondly came up in her head: Seaheart. Good. He was near.
Dementia broke the makeshift armor into pieces that separated at each of her joints so that she could move, and discarded the bones that coated her head. They fell to the ground with an ominous crack, bouncing and rolling into the river. Her full range of motion would still be slightly restricted, but the only thing she was worried about in keeping the protection on was that she wouldn't be able to use all of the attacks that she might need without getting rid of a few pieces. Well, she'd jump that hurdle when she came to it.
Dementia scrambled up the cliff and sprinted as fast as she could towards Seaheart, disregarding Kamon and Oshaya for now. She practically slammed into him, pulling him down behind a large rock. The other team would be occupied for the few moments that she needed to speak to him.
"Listen, I have a plan," she told him in a harsh, hurried whisper. "There is a way to counteract these guy's powers. Electricity in general is a lazy-ass bastard that goes to the closest and most conductive outlet possible. If you could use your metal to set up lightning rods throughout the terrain, in theory we'll be practically untouchable by long-range lightning attacks. Then we can pick them off from somewhere far away. I can distract them while you set it up. I mean, it's worth a try."

Oshaya took note on the rock that was sent toward the cliff. Just seconds after, up came Dementia. She scurried to the top of the cliff, and as soon as she was on her feet, tried to scamper towards Seaheart. Oshaya, who's arms and hands were already charged, sent out hollow balls of electricity. The first hit infront of Dementia, causing a new explosion of rock and such, a scarlet haze arising into the air. The second went out at seaheart. Right now, Maeve was a nice distance away, and Oshaya wasn't too worried. The ball that went at Seaheart wasn't intended to hit hm, just infront of him. These explosions didn't take up too much energy, and it was a sure distraction.

"Crap." he said. Iron man lives in shadows as well? Kamon would have to deal with that. Kamon leapt up and landed on a boulder. He jumped off, grabbed another one, and protected himself with it. A few boulders glanced it, the shock pushing Kamon back a few feet at a time, and when the barrage ended, he rolled the boulder towards the snake, just to distract it for the time being. Kamon, having briefly spotted Dementia blasted towards the cliff and scaled it in a few well placed blasts of electricity. He stood on the top and formed an electric donut. "Planning happens in seconds. By this point, you'd be hiding. Come out."

((Okay, Krispeh, can you please not do something that could stop my character from doing what she was going to do after the fact? I mean, like, I don't want to go back in time and say that she ran through the cloud or whatever when in reality she's already with Seaheart. I noticed you were doing this at the Masque too, but I wasn't going to say anything, even though you basically tried to negate half of people's posts. If you wanted to do something like what you did, you could say that Oshaya sent something at her, but she ran through it or whatever, but Dementia is ALREADY THERE, I've decided that she's there, she's spoken to Seaheart, and you can't do something that would stop her or that would make me have to go back in time, disregard half of my post, and do something so that she could avoid this new danger. I made Dementia run at that point for a reason, because you guys were supposed to be occupied for a few seconds with the boulders flying and I didn't see the point to make her open to attack. Do you get what I'm saying? I'm not trying to be mean or anything, so please don't take it that way.))

OoC: Yeah, I get what you're saying, and I see how that can possibly become annoying. But it's my style of Rping, and I am used to inserting things in certian places, especially in battles. Mostly, I battle in real time, so it's easier to do that there than here, I guess. But it's my style and choice of Rping, and I'm pretty sure you've Rped this way before too. I'm not being mean either, but if you cant except how I Rp, then we just should't Rp together at all. No one else seems to have a problem with it but you.

(Sorry, but it is pretty annoying. You did do it in the Masque, and while he had them dancing, you made it seem like it never happened and she just pulled them away. It is EXTREMELY annoying yo have to go back and modify a post because then you have to delete half of it, get what's going on in the future and alot of other crap. If it's because you perhaps gmed, a really bad spelling mistake and you notice it, understandable. But something else like that can get annoying, so we're asking nicely for you to just please change your post.)

OoC: I didn't plan on spending my time with going back and forth with you on this, but one question: How come you didn't say anything when Maya cut you off at the ball? You were here, and I told you what I was doing, and you simply said "Oh, okay" I think you're just going with the flow, and you, Sea, dont really know what you want. SOrry if that sounds mean or anything, but it's the truth. And when Maya cut Sea off at the dance, I couldn't make out what you'd do next, because then I'd be playing your character. It'd be all the same if while Maya was walking over to Arkady, Dementia tripped her. I myself don't find it annoying, and again, if you have a problem with how I Rp, then maybe our characters shouldn't Rp together.

(I was just saying it because we already have problems here, and it's the ball so I wanted minimal problems. I won't mind your post at the ball, I'll go with it, it adds effect and all, but if you could just please try to go with the style we're doing here, it'd be better. Please? We're asking nicely, but it could get annoying if you keep cutting the character off and making it so we have to modify our posts.)

((See, the thing is, let's take your example of Dementia tripping Maya.
So Maya walks up to Arkady, starts talking, and then suddenly has a random makeout scene.
I write next that Dementia trips Maya as she was walking up, then Dementia starts stealing Arkady away to elope.
By making Dementia trip her as she was walking to Arkady, you would have to go back in time, disregard everything she said to Arkady as well as the random makeout scene and anything else that happened after she walked up to him, say that she fell flat on her face or regained her balance and whatever, and redo everything. People reading your post would get really confused about what's actually going on unless you go back and edit your previous post, deleting everything that Maya did after she walks up to Arkady. It's just not something that people want to do.
The thing is, there are some things that RPers purposely don't leave open. I could have left my post with Dementia running to Seaheart if I wanted you two to have the option to stop her before she got there. I didn't give it to you because I assumed you would be occupied with the boulders hurtling towards your characters. Leaving everything open is illogical and slow. If every time Dementia walked I wanted to give other RPers the option of tripping her, I would never be able to get her somewhere and talk to someone in one post. There are just some things that you can't contest. If I wrote that she talked to him, you could say Maya tried to cut her off, tried being the operative word. But if I've already written the sentence, I'm not going to go back and say that she stopped talking after Maya tried to stop her.
Now, I have no problem with withdrawing my character from something like this that I voluntarily joined, but in things such as the masque Maya was inserted later, and I'm not going to take out all my characters every time one of yours decides to come up. Therefore, all I'm asking is a little respect for what my characters are doing, and not have half of my posts taken away by something your character does, because it truly is GMing. I'm sure we could come up with some kind of a compromise that would let you do what you want to do but still keep the integrity of other people's writing. I'm trying to see your point of view, because I see what you're getting at. You want to be able to interact more the way that if this is happening right now. However, RPs really aren't like that. At least, they aren't the way I write. Maybe it works with some other people, but my style is a little different. But because you can't simultaneously have things going on when you can't control other people's characters, it just ends up being GMing. I can try to shorten up my posts a little bit and leave some actions more open to contesting, but I chose not to leave certain ones open for a reason. I wanted to get Dementia to Seaheart in that post. When there's a lot of people you have to take turns, and it would take forever to get my point across, and a lot would happen before I was finally able to get there. I understand where you're going, but please try to see my point of view as well. Everything requires some give and take.))

OoC: Responding more to the last paragraph** Yeah, I see what you're saying now. I think the style that I Rp comes from battling mostly in real time. There, it's easier to insert an action to the olther player's action without it being GMing. But here, by it not being real time, and such, it comes out all wrong, and I see where you're coming from. And because you took the time to explain what you're saying, I will gladly modify my post.

Seaheart watched as Dementia sprinted for him, glad he could trust her to protect herself from attacks as well as he. But still, they had to look out for eachother. He was pulled behind the rock, listening to her plan. It was good, and he had had something like that in mind. He just needed a distraction like her. "Alright then. Let's go." He said sprinting from the rock.
Then lightning came in front of him, and he figured this would be the first place he could set a rod up. He shook the dust away, then threw some slime at the ground. It jiggled and moved, then amounted up to a rod, with a little ball at the top. OK. One down. The next one should be...no. He had to think. Even if they conducted the lightning, what if they could blast it all back at them? Better yet, a power surge.
For this he'd need to flick...a switch. Or something like that. First he'd need to plant a little rod on one of them, but make sure it didn't absorb, get all their electricity powered up into the rods, then send all that into the rod on them. Too complicated...for now.
He started to set up two more throughout the terrain, knwoing they'd catch on to the plan. He'd just need to wait for Dementia now.

Dementia nodded in understanding and immediately followed suit, jumping out of the cover of the rock and landing in a roll that took her behind another. Now, decoy. Distraction. Hmmm... She couldn't do something blatant, as that would only give her true purpose away. She'd still have to put herself in the line of fire and get up close in personal so that they would try to deal with her first, as she would be the biggest threat in the immediate vicinity. That might mean actually getting hurt. Oh, well. Pain was not a problem for her.
"Let's get this going," she muttered to herself under her breath through gritted teeth. Slowly the bones of her arm slid out through her shoulder, sharpening, flattening, morphing themselves into a long, broad sword. She grasped it at the bony hilt formed by her shoulder blades, pulling it out finally with a sickening squelch. Her face twisted up in pain at the motion for an instant before relaxing as the bone was finally freed of her body. She brandished it easily, with the air of an expert, and stood lightly on the balls of her feet. She narrowed her eyes at the team, making sure that Kamon could see her, and charged without warning.
Dementia wasted no motions or energy. Every single one of her movements were deliberate as she sprinted towards Kamon and struck at him with her long sword in a slicing motion.
