The Consoler's Office (open)

Kamon frowned. Told you. I know. Damn. Gonna have to fix that. Yeah, but gradually. A large difference would be easily detected, and then this man would delve. "Well...Revenge, basically. It started out as getting back at the normals, and then just escalated." Kamon placed his elbow on the chair arm and his head on two oustretched fingers. "I didn't really know them. I've never felt anything too bad for them. It's like those commercials for those kids in Africa. You feel a fairly high level of guilt, but it most often doesn't keep you awake at night." Kamon breathed deeply. "I've always felt different from everyone else. I looked at it factually, and I think I'm..." Kamon was getting fairly tired of using this expression. "Emotionally and socially underdeveloped. I left culture when I was, like, seven. Now I'm trying to re-immerse myself, and I'm still behind on every front. I'm 15, and I don't know it I have to have kissed a girl before or not...and there are a million more Pokemon since I last checked." That's it, gradual.

~He listened to what Kamon had to say.~ "I see." ~He then placed his hands under his eyes like he usualy did when he thought of what to say.~ "I understand how you feel Kamon, you see I too am an orphan." ~He then pulled out a notepad and put some notes down, after a few moments of writing he put the notepad down and looked up at Kamon.~ "If you are willing I want to help you reinsert yourself into society. Babysteps are best ofcourse. Now I'm sure that you have made atleast one friend here at Cassis since you arrived right. Start there. Or try talking to people in your classes. Start small, light conversation." ~He then glanced at the clock.~ "Oh my look at the time. I do believe that there is another student waiting to see me. I will be in contact with you later if you like."

The soft pat of feet on the floor came as the door slipped open and a petite blond entered as another boy left. She smiled up at the guidance councilor, closing the door behind her. "Good day, Mr. Anzien," she said with a bright voice. Calmly, she entered the office and sat down across from his desk. "My name is Chesna... Chesna Darwin. How are you today?" She appeared content, happier than most people visiting a guidance councilor would be. But, Chesna's mind ran with thoughts that wouldn't allow her not to smile. She couldn't help herself if she wanted to. "I feel kind of silly coming to you with some this girly problem... But, I've have some problems with current relationships. Would you mind taking a listen and giving me a bit of advice?"

[Chibi Ryuzaki]

~He was putting a few folders away when the young lady walked in.~ "Chesna Darwin you said?" ~He had just got to her file when he asked her, and then pulled it out and sat it on the desk between them.~ "Girly or not I am alway willing to listen to someones problems." ~He then skimmed over her file.~ "Problems with currenent relationships you say? Please tell me some more." ~He held his hand up as an invitaio for her to sit down.~

[Katsumi]

Chesna smiled thankfully, folding her hands at her lap. "Well, Mr. Anzien... I have a boyfriend... Nashino Saloon," she added, in case he wanted to know. "And I really have strong feelings for him. We've gotten to know each other so much, and we're not speeding through our relationship at all. But, you see, I had a girlfriend before I began dating Nashino... pansexual, by the way," she added once again, in case he questioned her sexual preference. "And he had a girlfriend before we began dating. The problem is... neither of us broke up with our other partner before we began our relationship. Neither of us have even seen our past girlfriends since we began dating. So, I suppose my question is... was it wrong for us to begin dating without breaking up with the others first? Should we stop our relationship now and wait to be able to break up with the others, or is it okay for us to keep going and break up with the others when we get the chance?"

A pause, and then Chesna added more. "My last relationship, with my girlfriend that I'd like to break up with, was a mistake. I think she only wanted me because of what I am, because I'm good looking. Our relationship started as nothing but physical... but Nashino makes me feel wanted. Galilee just made me feel like an object. What's the right thing to do, Mr. Anzien?"

[Chibi Ryuzaki]

~He put his hands under his eyes like he always did.~ "My it has been a while since I gave relationship advive. Hmmm, perhaps you two should site down with them..seperatly, and discuss the situation and state your feelings. It would also be nice if they new that they had been dumped first by the way." ~He paused for a moment.~ "I think that it might be ok for you and Mr. Nashino to see one another, but you should tell the others first. That seems like the right thing to do don't you think." ~He removed the hair from in front of his face.~ Now is there anything esle that you need help with?"

[Katsumi]

Thinking for a moment, Chesna looked away. "Mr. Anzien, I've noticed lately that I'm treated differently than other students. When I use my powers, people accuse me of being all sorts of horrible things... one word in particular comes to mind... But, they think it's normal when other people use their powers! It's just because of what I am that they think these terrible things of me. Sometimes, I can't help but use my abilities. I was raised with people who knew, accepted, and appreciated my powers, so I never thought it was bad for me to use them. I don't know when it's proper for me to use them or when it's a bad thing... But it seems that every single time I use the powers that I was given by my birth, some one always thinks that I'm something I'm not... My powers are something that my mother gave me, something I'm not wrong for using and something I'm not going to give up. Mr. Anzien, why is it so bad for me to use what I have when every one else uses them for selfish reasons?"

Chesna's eyes were wide with a mixture of confusion and sadness. This had always been a subject that she didn't bring up. Being a siren brought on a lot of stereotypes for the girls, ones that appears only when she entered school. Being raised in song and dance, with people who were familiar with the siren race, she was practically a goddess. She didn't expect to be worshiped now. Only treated equally and to not be judged.

~Anzien listened to the girl had to say and he listened well. He then put his hands back under his eyes again and went into deep thought.~ "In a way you are being treated like every other teenager in the world that is different. People comon;y fear the different, that is why Cassis was created for us. But sadly fear and persecution penetrate even these walls. I think that I can help you, but first I need your permission to do so, do I have it?"

[Katsumi]

Chesna smiled gratefully, glad to hear that he thought he could help. To be different among a school of different people: what sort of fate was that? "Mr. Anzien, I would be glad to accept any help you can give me. Of course you have my permission," she said, her tone relieved. "Please, feel free to do whatever needed." Chesna was almost excited for him to help; she had a feeling that she would get a glimpse of Mr. Anzien's powers if she allowed him to help her. Chesna had a habit of loving to know the powers of others. It may have been a side effect of being discriminated against. She wanted badly to find some one even more different than herself.

~He put one hand up to his face and put the index and middle finger up.~ "Please just sit still." ~He then closed his eyes to concentrate. He then opened his eyes.When his eyes opened they were pitch black~"Let me into your Heart, let me see your Soul."~ and when his gaze fell upon Chesna her eyes went hollow and blank.

~He was in her room now. It was enourmas and well lit. She was a happy girl aprently, exept for one wall, it was black and had chains on it, it probly represented thoughts of her mother. The celing was high like a cathedrals would be. There were many windows, some were boarded up, interesting. Many picturs of many different people. One of the boy, Nashino Saloon, and a few other people there. Then he saw what simbolized her fear of being hated and different a small, broken hand mirror made of silver and carved with Celtic symbols on the back. It would be to much to heal all of the cracks, but he healed about half of them, makeing her less sensative to the mean words people said to her. He then pulled a little cross out of his pocket, and placed itin her room. This would draw her back to him when the time was right. He then closed his eyes and left her room.~

~His eyes returned to normal, and hers started to fill with life once again.~ "Tell me Miss Chesna, how do you feel?"

Nashino had heard of a new counsler entering the schol, and decided that he needed someone to talk to besides his air-headed obnoxious friends. When he arrived, the door was slightly ajar, and he listened for voices to see if it was alright to come in or not. Then, he heard Chesna's voice. She had been explaining to the counsler about a reputation she'd gained by using her powers, and the names people called her. He felt a rather large lump in his throat. Chesna was talking about what hed called her the day they'd had a large fall out.

Other peple were calling her that as well? Or was she just covering it up, not wanting to make him look bad. Then, just as Chesna agreed to allowing the teacher to help her, Nashino opened the door, entering the room. "Chesna, when you said people are calling you things, were you just covering, or were you serious? I wish you would've talked to me about how you felt about that inccident instead of coming to a counsler about it!" He didn't know whether to be confused or sad, but he disguised his feelings as best as he could. The last thing they needed was more drama. With that said, he swiftly turned on his heels, making an exit, closing the door behind him

Chesna snapped back to normal as the councilor left her soul, just to snap around and hear Nashino's voice. He was listening to her? Weren't councilor's offices supposed to be completely private? And how could he have assumed that she was talking about him? She did feel somewhat different, but she turned back to the councilor. "Excuse me for a moment, Mr. Anzien. Please don't make assumptions, but I believe you just had your first meeting with Nashino," she said calmly, standing from her chair and chasing her boyfriend.

Catching up to him just outside, she grabbed his hand and stopped him. "Nashino, I wasn't talking about you! It wasn't about you at all! Mr. Anzien... he helped me. He has something special about him, and he helped me with the problem I was having with other people. It wasn't about you, Nashino. Please don't be upset. You should talk to him, Nashino. He's so helpful." Chesna almost felt like a weight had been lifted from her. She was no longer concerned with what any one felt about her powers or her use of them. Even Nashino's judgements were nothing to her. Whatever Mr. Anzien had done, it had helped.

[Krispey]

Nashino turned to Chesna, "I dont need a counseler, and Im not mad! Stop thinking that!" He continued forth down the hall, and if Chesna was going with him, she would, if not, oh well.

MEANWHILE, Maya had passed the couple. Hah, they were actually pretty cute together. Anywho, Maya entered the office, a pearlious smile corssing her features. Her cinnamon brown tresses fell to the small of her back, still teased from the ball. "Hii," Maya said as she entered the office, her oculars gracing the gorgeous features of the teacher...Gah!! Dont be distracted by his...His gor-gorgeous features...Ack! Okay, get straight to the point! Maya thought. She took a seat in the confy chair. "Okay, I dont nessicarily have a problem, it's just. Im discovoring a new power of mine, and I am strangley attracted to older men..." Maya laughed nervously...It had to be odd that I girl, only sixteen years of age was ocnfessing her attraction to older men, when he, himself was one. "I dunno, I want to be more...More outgoing. Right now, Im rather shy..It seems to be taking me no where." Her cheeks were flushed from the revealing of her "secret attraction", as she realized she'd potentially put him in an awkward position.

"Nashino!" Chesna called, chasing after him.

~Anzien was startled by the haste which Chesna left in. He was putting her file up when another young lady came into the office.~ "My, my I sure am popular today arn't I?" ~He gave a light chuckle, then looked up at the girl, he remembered her face from her file.~ "You name is Mayanalea right?" ~He then pulled her file out and started to read it as she talked.~ "Well the first step to being more out going is doing things that you wouldn't normaly do, and from what I can tell this isn't something you normaly wouldn'y do is it Miss Maya?" ~He then read about her power in her file.~ "My that is an unique power you do have." ~ HE then put the file down.~ " I believe that I can help you with your powers and wanting to be more outgoing with your permission ofcourse....~he then put his hands together and placed then right under his eyes~..but tell me about you attraction to older men. It is interesting that a girl as young as yourself would feel that way?"
