Eyes: Depends, when her power isn't... "Activated", they're brown, but when her power is in use, her eyes turn dark blue.
Hair: Black.
Clothing: Kind of a school girl outfit. See picture for more detail. She sometimes wears a white dress.
Powers:
Kira can "see" people's thoughts by looking straight at their eyes. Of course, she can't really "see" the thoughts, she hears them, in a way. She senses what the person is feeling and such. Whenever she looks into someone's eyes, usually against her will, her eyes will turn blue. When she isn't looking at anyone, her eyes are plain brown.
She is also developing a different power, of which she can send mental pictures to another's mind. For example, if she was looking at a flower, and wanted to show someone who was blind and had never seen a flower, she could send that image through her mind and into the blind person's mind. She is still developing it, though, and sometimes sends wrong images and such. Her eyes turn dark blue when she "sends" an image.
Weakness:
Her eyes are her most sensitive points on her body. Bright lights, dust in the air, etc. They all extremely irritate her eyes.
Power Related Issues: Eyes are more sensitive than usual after "reading" someone's mind. They also hurt slightly.
Personality:
Despite her looks and the meaning of her name, Kira is pretty much your average girl. She likes to go out and have fun, though she can be very shy at some times. She doesn't talk much, either. Instead of having large groups of friends, she prefers to have maybe one or two close ones. She is overall friendly and backs down from fights almost immediantly.
History:
Kira was raised by her older sister since she was only 9 years old. Her parents... Well, she doesn't know what exactly happened to her parents. All she knew was that they had a deep hate for "gifted" people. Kira's sister didn't have any powers, but she loved her sister Kira very much, so raised her. Her sister was 15 when Kira was 9. After Kira turned 15, her sister sent her away to her new school for the gifted, which is where Kira is now.
Now, her and her brother, Kyle, both attend this school, both going seperate ways from eachother.
Random Roleplaying Hint:
Whenever you roleplay with Kira and she looks into your eyes, you're the one who has to post what she sees, if she sees anything. Because yes, there are ways for characters to keep her from seeing anything. But if you allow her to see into your character's head, then you are the one who has to post what she sees, because if I did, then that would be godmoding. =P
